В сеть выложили рендеры нового планшета Samsung Galaxy Active 2

Интернет-ресурс Win Future выложил во Сеть пресс-рендеры нового планшета Galaxy Tab Active 2, хотя дата презентации портативного устройства от Samsung пока официально не объявлена. Аппарат надёжно защищен от падений (MIL-STD-810) и проникновения воды (IP68).
Технические характеристики девайса: 8-дюймовый дисплей с разрешением 1280х800 пикселей (с ним можно работать в перчатках), сканер отпечатков пальцев в кнопке Home, в комплекте прилагается стилус S Pen и поддержка интеллектуального помощника Bixby. Кроме того, гаджет оснащён 8-мегапиксельной основной и 5-мегапиксельной сэлфи-камерами, а также съёмную батарею, которая может заряжать другие мобильные устройства.
На первом этапе гаджет поступит на рынки стран Евросоюза и Латинской Америки, а затем в остальные регионы мира. Цена устройства колеблется от 500 до 600 долларов США. Помимо всего прочего, Tab Active 2 будет поддерживать работу со стилусом S-pen и станет первым планшетом Samsung, который получит цифрового интеллектуального помощника Bixby. Планшет имеет 8-дюймовый дисплей, а также камеры на 5 и 8 мегапикселей. За вычисления отвечает 8-ядерный процессор с 3 Гб внутренней и 16Гб внешней памяти. Гаджет работает на ОС Android 7.1.1 Nougat.

Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 2 debuts with rugged body, mid-range specs

The Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 2 is official. The rugged slate has been announced by Samsung Netherlands with local businesses in mind.
As rumored, the Galaxy Tab Active 2 comes with a rugged body with military-standard MIL-STD-810 certification and IP68 water and dust protection. The 8-inch 1280x800px display has a high sensitivity mode for use with gloves on.
A fingerprint scanner sits inside the home button.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 2 comes with an S Pen and Bixby (Home and Voice).
There's an 8MP camera on the back and a 5MP on the front.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 2 offers a removable battery that can also charge attached devices.

The new rugged slate will be available in the Netherlands starting late November for the price of €500.

Корпорация Samsung Electronics анонсировала в США портативные компьютеры серии Notebook 9 Pro нового поколения. Ноутбуки-трансформеры с поддержкой пера S-Pen являются старшими моделями популярной в Америке "девятой" линейки. Перо включено в комплект поставки, причём непосредственно в корпусе PC имеется специальный отсек для его хранения.
Старшая линейка Notebook 9 Pro представлена в двух вариантах. Модель меньшего размера получила 13,3- дюймовый дисплей, а более крупная - 15-дюймовый. при этом разрешение в обоих случаях составляет 1920 х 1080 пикселей.
Обе модификации оснащены CPU Intel Core i7-7500U и SSD объёмом 256 Gb. Младшая несёт на борту 8 Gb ОЗУ, а старшая имеет не только вдвое больший объём оперативной памяти, но ещё и дискретную видеокарту Radeon 540.
Набор портов включает USB 3.0 (x2), USB-С, HDMI и слот для карт microSD. Ёмкость аккумуляторной батареи в обеих моделях составляет 54 Вт·ч. Габариты меньшей модели равны 310 х 217 х 16 мм при массе 1,3 кг, старшей — 347 х 239 х 17 мм при массе 1,7 кг.

It also comes equipped with Air Command software that lets you take notes, edit documents, and draw. The S Pen is also fully compatible with Windows Ink Workspace for convenient use and additional Ink-powered features. The S Pen always stays on and never requires any charging.
