Бизнес-портал The Investor сообщает, что Samsung Electronics готовится уже в январе представить новую модификацию своих топ-бестселлеров серии Whind Free, которые поддерживают работу с интеллектуальным голосовым помощником новой версии Bixby 2.0 на базе операционной системы TIZEN.
Конкуренты из LG Electronics в ближайшее время проведут пресс-конференцию, на которой представят новые кондиционеры Whisen. В этих девайсах также используются технологии глубокого обучения в сочетании с виртуальным помощником ThinQ. Покупателям новых смарт-кондиционеров Whisen менеджеры LG сулят различные подарки и скидки.
О подобных планах также заявили компании Dayou Winia и Dongbu Daewoo Electronics.
Samsung, LG to release new AI-based air conditioners
Korean air conditioner manufacturers will begin selling new air conditioners this month, well ahead of summer, promoting models with artificial intelligence and the Internet of Things technology, industry sources said on Jan. 16.
Samsung Electronics said it will begin marketing new models of its TIZEN-powered best-selling WindFree air conditioners later this month.
The new models have an updated voice assistant system, Bixby 2.0, which can be applied beyond smartphones to other home appliances.
LG Electronics said it will hold a session at its headquarters in Yeouido, central Seoul, to promote 2018 models of Whisen air conditioners.
The new models will provide optimized services to consumers through deep-learning technology with the help of LG’s AI brand ThinQ.
LG said it will provide buyers of the new Whisen models with various gifts and discounts.
Dayou Winia said that within January it will release new models of Winia air conditioners that are more energy efficient and can clean air with the help of a built-in AI system.
Dongbu Daewoo Electronics said its new wall-mounted air conditioners will hit shelves next month.
