Первый в Восточной Европе кинотеатр на базе самой передовой технологии Samsung Onyx откроется в Киеве. Кроме того, столица Украины станет первым городом на территории бывшего СССР, где появится возможность смотреть самые актуальные голливудские блокбастеры в непревзойдённом качестве.
Как сообщает местная пресса, новый 5-зальный мультиплекс площадью 2.300 квадратных метров принадлежит кинопрокатной сети Miromax. В настоящее время специалисты завершают монтаж оборудования и реконструкцию залов, которые расположены в торгово-развлекательном центре "Алладин", популярном месте отдыха и развлечений жителей густонаселённого района Позняки. Торжественное открытие мультиплекса намечено на сентябрь этого года.
Напомним, что первый в мире LED-кинотеатр, оснащённый революционным экраном Samsung и звуковым оборудованием от его дочернего подразделения HARMAN, был открыт в Сеуле (Южная Корея) летом 2017 года. С тех пор география распространения полностью цифровых кинотеатров под маркой Samsung Onyx значительно расширилась. В настоящее время такие залы действуют на территории США, Китая, Индии, Австралии, Франции, Германии, Израиля, Швейцарии, Саудовской Аравии, Испании, Бразилии, Колумбии и других стран.
Кинотеатры Samsung Onyx отличаются невероятно высоким качеством изображения и звука, превосходя даже самые передовые залы с лазерными проекторами в несколько раз. Особенно преимущество технологии Samsung заметно при просмотре высококлассного контента в формате 4K 3D благодаря рекордным показателям яркости, контраста, глубине чёрного цвета, высокой скорости развёртки и поддержке технологии HDR.
Что касается качества воспроизведения объёмного звука, то за это отвечает известный американский мультибрэнодвый конгломерат HARMAN (с марта 2017 года полностью принадлежит Samsung Electronics). Специалисты из его подразделений JBL Professional, Crown и некоторых других, разработали специальную звуковую систему для оптимальной работы с LED-экранами Onyx, которая получила наименование JBL Sculpted Surround. В частности, звукоинженерам удалось значительно расширить зону комфортного прослушивания саундтрэка, даже если зритель находится далеко от центральной части зала.
Новый киевский мультиплекс Miromax с технологией Samsung Onyx можно назвать кинотеатром будущего, поскольку в нём будет применяться автоматизированная система обслуживания зрителей. Там отсутствуют традиционные кассиры, а билеты можно приобрести в электронных кассах или забронировать места через онлайн-сервис. Владельцы кинотеатра обещают и другие сюрпризы, которые не хотят раскрывать до момента запуска мультиплекса.

According to the local press, the new 5-screen multiplex with an area of 2,300 square meters belongs to the Miromax film distribution network. Currently, specialists are completing the installation of equipment and the reconstruction of the halls, which are located in the shopping and entertainment center "Alladin", a popular place for recreation and entertainment for residents of the densely populated area of Poznyaki. The grand opening of the multiplex is scheduled for September this year.

As for the quality of surround sound reproduction, the well-known American multi-brand conglomerate HARMAN is responsible for this (since March 2017, it is wholly owned by Samsung Electronics). Experts from his divisions JBL Professional, Crown and several others have developed a special sound system for optimal performance with Onyx LED screens, which is called JBL Sculpted Surround. In particular, the sound engineers managed to significantly expand the zone of comfortable listening to the soundtrack, even if the viewer is far from the central part of the hall.
The new Kiev multiplex Miromax with Samsung Onyx technology can be called the cinema of the future, since it will use an automated spectator service system.There are no traditional cashiers, and tickets can be purchased at electronic ticket offices or booked through an online service. The owners of the cinema also promise other surprises that they do not want to disclose until the launch of the multiplex.
