Российская судоверфь "Звезда" и Samsung Heavy Industries Co. Ltd. до конца текущего года создадут совместное предприятие (СП) для строительства челночных танкеров. Соответствующее соглашение подписано в рамках Восточного экономического форума, говорится в сообщении "Роснефти".
"Соглашение предусматривает обмен опытом в области проектирования и строительства челночных танкеров. Samsung Heavy Industries предоставит ССК "Звезда" технические спецификации, а также документацию базового и детального проекта судов, окажет содействие в разработке рабочей конструкторской документации совместно с АО "ЦКБ "Лазурит", - отмечается в сообщении.
Кроме того, южнокорейская компания обеспечит техническую поддержку планирования, управления и контроля качества в ходе строительных и монтажных работ, закупок материалов и оборудования, а также обеспечит инженерно-техническое сопровождение строительства челночных танкеров на судоверфи "Звезда".
Помимо этого, Samsung Heavy Industries проведёт обучение российского персонала на своей верфи, организует производственную практику на аналогичных проектах.
Судостроительный комплекс "Звезда" создаётся в городе Большой Камень (Приморский край) консорциумом в составе "Роснефти", "Роснефтегаза" и Газпромбанка. После полного ввода в эксплуатацию "Звезда" станет первой в России верфью крупнотоннажного судостроения.
Shipbuilding Complex Zvezda and Samsung Heavy Industries to establish a joint venture for building of shuttle tankers
LLC Shipbuilding Complex Zvezda and Samsung Heavy Industries Co. Ltd. (the Republic of Korea) signed an agreement in the framework of the IV Eastern Economic Forum setting the conditions for establishment of a joint venture in order to organize an efficient project management system for construction of shuttle tankers at Zvezda Shipbuilding Complex with a deadweight ranging from 42 to 120 thousand tons, Rosneft says in a press release.
In accordance with the conditions of the agreement the joint venture will be established by the year end.
The agreement terms include exchange of experience in designing and construction of shuttle tankers. Samsung Heavy Industries will provide technical specifications as well as the basic and detailed design of the vessels to Zvezda and will assist with development of detailed engineering drawings jointly with Lazurit Central Design Bureau.
Also, in line with the agreement terms the Korean Company will provide the technical support for planning, project management and quality assurance during construction and assembly, procurement of materials and equipment and ensure the engineering support of construction of shuttle tankers at Zvezda.
Except this, Samsung Heavy Industries will train the Russian personnel at their shipyard and organize shipyard internship at similar projects.
Samsung Heavy Industries has extensive experience and expertise in the design and construction of shuttle tankers. The company is one of the" big three" shipbuilders of South Korea.
The shipbuilding complex Zvezda is created on the basis of the far Eastern plant Zvezda by a Consortium of investors headed by PJSC "NK "Rosneft". The project of the complex involves the construction of a heavy completion slipway, dry dock, full cycle production plants, as well as workshops for the construction of offshore marine equipment.
The Zvezda shipbuilding complex will produce large-capacity vessels, elements of offshore platforms, ice-class vessels, special vessels and other types of marine equipment.
Rosneft entered into an exclusive agreement with the Zvezda shipyard to place all its orders for the construction of new marine equipment and vessels, as well as concluded contracts for the design, construction and supply of four multifunctional ice-class supply vessels, ten Aframax class tankers, ten Arctic Shuttle tankers with deadweight of 42 thousand tons and Arctic Shuttle tanker with deadweight of 69 thousand tons.
