TIZEN-часы Samsung Galaxy Active получили первое обновление ПО

Смарт-часы Samsung Galaxy Watch Active, проступившие в продажу 4 недели назад вместе с флагманской серией трубок Galaxy S10, получили важное обновление ПО. Благодаря новой прошивке улучшен алгоритм зарядки аккумулятора, а также повышена стабильность работы операционной системы TIZEN (версия 4.0.0.3.).
Владельцы новых смарт-часов стали получать первое обновление объёмом в 13,83 Мб под номерами R500XXU1BSD3 или R500OXA1BSD3 (в зависимости от региона).
В настоящее время Samsung начал распространять ПО на территории США, но в ближайшие дни оно будет запущено и в других странах мира.
Для установки прошивки нужно перейти в приложение Galaxy Wearable на смартфоне и открыть «Настройки», нажать «О программе», а затем загрузить обновление вручную.

Galaxy Watch Active recived first TIZEN update

Samsung has released new improvement update to its newly launched Galaxy Watch Active smartwatch. It is first update to the new watch after its launching in the month of February. Recently, Galaxy Buds has been received its first update and now the latest Samsung smartwatch is on the list. The small piece of software rolled out to improve battery charging algorithm on Watch Active and to provide stability. The new firmware version is R500XXU1BSD3/R500OXA1BSD3 and only 13.83MB in size. The small update will run on same TIZEN 4.0.0.3 version.
The new update is currently available in US and soon it may release in other countries. To install new software on your Galaxy Watch Active, go to Galaxy Wearable app on your smartphone and open Settings tab. Here, click on About Watch option and then tap on Download Updates Manually.
Galaxy Watch Active has launched in February with redesigned bezel-less display and lightweight than its predecessor – Galaxy Watch and Gear Sport watches. It is introduced to counter with Android Wear watches in the same range and Apple’s Watch Series 4.
