Samsung выпустит специальную модификацию смартфона Galaxy J7 (2017) Chinese Edition. Из названия понятно, что аппарат будет представлен только для китайского рынка и, скорее всего, гаджет станет первым устройством вендора с двойной основной камерой.
Пока о технических характеристиках смартфона мало что неизвестно. Напомним, что «обычный» Galaxy J7 (2017) выполнен в цельнометаллическом корпусе, оснащается 5.5-дюймовым AMOLED-дисплеем с разрешением 1920х1080 пикселей, 13-мегапиксельными основной и фронтальной камерами, 8-ядерным процессором Exynos 7870 с тактовой частотой 1.6 ГГц, 3Гб ОЗУ и аккумулятором ёмкостью 3600 мАч. Аппарат поддерживает функцию "всегда на экране" (always on display), оснащён сканером отпечатков пальцев и поддерживает мобильный платёжный сервис Samsung Pay.
Стоимость и точная дата анонса Samsung Galaxy J7 (2017) Chinese Edition также пока остаются неизвестными.

Samsung Galaxy J7 (2017) image leaks, shows off dual camera setup

Leaked images of the handset featuring show the dual camera setup along with the Always On display.

Apart from the Note 8, C10, the rumored Galaxy J7 (2017) is also in the competition to become the first Samsung handset to come with rear mounted dual-camera setup. To increase the veracity of this rumor, some images of the alleged Galaxy J7 leaked online, showcasing the smartphone with two cameras at the back panel. The leaked images are considered the Chinese edition of the device. Apart from the Dual Camera setup, the leaked images also showed that the handset came with the nifty feature of “Always-On” display.
The leaked images show a black colored Galaxy J7 (2017) handset sporting vertically aligned dual camera setup on the rear panel of the smartphone.
The two camera sensors have been placed at the top center with the dual LED flash placed below. The Samsung logo has been etched just below the dual camera setup. The upper and lower antenna bands of the smartphone are also clearly visible against the dark rear panel. The rear panel sports a matte finished look and the handset has curved corners.
Apart from the dual-rear camera setup, a new feature was discovered for the Galaxy J7 (2017) smartphone. The front portion of the smartphone features a reflective screen. However, that is not what catches our eye.
Though it might seem that that the phone is in sleep mode, the time, date, and icons of some apps are clearly visible on the reflective display of the leaked images. Thus, it would not be wrong to assume that the impending mid-ranged Samsung handset may come with the handy Always On display.
The alleged device sports bare minimum side bezels but relatively thicker top and bottom bezels.
The bottom bezel houses the navigation keys, along with the fingerprint sensor embedded on the home button. The top bezel comes integrated with the earpiece at the center, the selfie camera is on the left, and the front LED flash is on the right. Apart from that, one can spot the power off button on the right side of the rumored handset, while the volume control buttons have been placed on the left. Apart from the Galaxy J7 (2017), the C10 Pro, Note 8, and also the C7 Pro (2017) are rumored to come with dual camera setups.
The handset is rumored to arrive on US carrier Cricket as the Galaxy Halo. It remains to be seen if the device will be the first-ever Samsung handset to sport the dual rear camera setup or not.

21 июля в Южной Корее стартовали продажи смартфона Samsung из семейства самой массовой линейки J.
Galaxy J7 (2017) считается самой "навороченной" Androd-моделью из популярной бюджетной серии. Правда, цена этой новинки далеко не бюджетная (353 доллара США). Однако аппарат стоит своих денег, поскольку перенял ключевые функции от флагманских моделей серии S, включая сканер отпечатков пальцев и поддержку сервиса мобильных платежей Samsung Pay.
Смартфон оснащён превосходным Full HD Super AMOLED дисплеем размером 5,5 дюйма, слотом для дополнительной карты памяти microSD (в дополнение к встроенному 16-гигабайтному модулю), батареей ёмкостью 3.600мАч, двумя камерами с разрешением 13Мп (основной и сэлфи). Объём ОЗУ составляет 3Гб.
В качестве процессора вступает фирменный 8-ядерный Samsung Exynos 7870 (S5E7870) с частотой 1,6Ггц.
Разумеется в наличии поддержка современных беспроводных протоколов передачи данных (Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi Direct, Bluetooth) и т.д. Аппарат способен работать со всеми распространёнными навигационными системами GPS, ГЛОНАСС, Beidou.
В России цена на Galaxy J7 (2017) заявлена на уровне 19.900 рублей.

Samsung Galaxy J7 launched in Korea

Samsung Electronics released the Galaxy J7 smartphone on July 21.
The 5.5-inch J7 comes with a Super AMOLED display with a built-in 3,600 mAh battery. 
As the device has 13-megapixel cameras in the front and back, users can take better selfies compared with other smartphones, the mobile carrier said.
The Galaxy J7 also supports key features from flagship devices, including a fingerprint recognition system and the mobile payment platform Samsung Pay.
The factory price of the Galaxy J7 stands at 396,000 won (US$353).

Новый cмартфон Samsung Galaxy J7 (2017) обнружился в тестах GFXBench‍

Намеченный к выпуску Samsung Galaxy J7 энтузиасты "мобилостроения" обнаружили во время тестового прогона в GFXBench. Технические характеристики и возможности девайса, который ещё не был официально анонсирован, опубликованы на сайте тестирующей компании.
Galaxy J7 оснащён 5,5-дюймовым Full HD дисплеем (1080х1920 пикселей), двумя камерами по 13 Мп каждая, фирменным 8-ядерным чипсетом Exynos 7870 с частотой в 1,5 ГГц. Объём ОЗУ составляет 3Гб, а постоянной памяти - 16 Гб. Имеется возможность установки дополнительной сменной карты памяти формата MicroSD. Девайс работает на операционной системе Android Nougat 7.0.
И это пока всё, что известно о новинке.
Дата релиза смартфона Samsung Galaxy J7 ещё не объявлена, но, судя по всему, появление этого гаджета на прилавках магазинов уже не за горами.

Бюджетные смартфоны Samsung Galaxy J-серии будут оснащаться дактилоскопами

Новые бюджетные смартфоны линейки Samsung Galaxy J будут оснащаться дактилоскопами. Поставщиками сканеров отпечатков пальцев для техногиганта могут стать южнокорейские компании Dreamtech, MCNEX и Patron. Производство обновлённых моделей стартует в мае текущего года.
В настоящее время дактилоскопами оснащаются лишь флагманские и премиальные смартфоны линеек Galaxy S и Galaxy A. Однако вендору необходимо расширить пользовательскую базу мобильной платёжной системы Samsung Pay, которая работает только на устройствах с биометрической защитой.
Ежегодно Samsung продаёт более 100 миллионов смартфонов Galaxy J в ценовом диапазоне $180-270. Особым спросом они пользуются на развивающихся рынках, например в Индии.
Также не исключена возможность появления сканеров в новых моделях серии Samsung Z, работающих на операционной системе TIZEN.
Напомним, что Samsung также активно продвигает IRIS-сканеры радужной оболочки глаза, которые пока являются эксклюзивом для смартфонов Galaxy Note 7 (их продажи возобновятся на рынках нескольких развивающихся стран), Galaxy S8 и Galaxy S8 Plus.

Samsung to adopt fingerprint scanner for cheapest Galaxy J

Samsung Electronics is expected to feature fingerprint scanning for its cheapest smartphone line Galaxy J that will be launched in the second quarter this year, ETnews reported on March 29. 
The Korean tech giant has thus far adopted fingerprint scanning for the flagship S and mid-priced A series. With the latest adoption by the J, almost all its key smartphone models will come with a fingerprint scanner. 
The report said Samsung may want to expand the presence of its mobile payment system Samsung Pay, among other things, by ensuring better security for users. 
“Samsung is in talks with fingerprint module suppliers. The production is expected to start from May,” an industry source was quoted as saying. 
Korean module makers such as Dreamtech, MCNEX and Patron are cited as the potential suppliers. 
The J series sells more than 100 million units annually. Priced at about 200,000 won to 300,000 won (US$179-269), the phone’s key market is India. 

Samsung declined to confirm the report.
