Портал разработчиков ПО xda-developers.com сумел раздобыть новые подробности о будущих смарт-часах южнокорейского техногиганта, ориентированных на любителей фитнеса и спортсменов. Один из "доброжелателей" под ником deadman96385 сумел посмотреть программную прошивку этой новинки, на основе чего составил таблицу спецификаций устройства.
Итак, подтвердились слухи, что носимый гаджет, проходивший по внутренней документации производителя как "Pulse" (SM-R500), в итоге получит название Galaxy Watch Active (а не Galaxy Sport, как предполагалось ранее).
Редакция xda-developers.com уже успела составить сравнительную таблицу отличий нового устройства от своего предшественника Gear Sport 2017 года (SM-R600).
Согласно документации, Galaxy Watch Active получат самую свежую программную версию TIZEN 4.0.0.3, в то время как после недавнего апдейта Gear Sport получили TIZEN 4.0.0.2. Разумеется, Galaxy Watch Active получат новую аппаратную платформу на базе процессора Exynos 9110, в то время как у предшественника установлен менее совершенный и менее экономичный Exynos 7270. Оба девайса имеют встроенные модули GPS, NFC и датчик сердечного ритма, но реализованы они несколько по-разному. Вероятно, что Galaxy Watch Active получат более продвинутую платформу для мониторинга физического состояния владельца.
Кроме того, в отличие от модели 2017 года, наследник Gear Sport образца 2019 получит встроенный LTE-модуль, чтобы часы могли заменить смартфон и в случае необходимости обеспечить своего обладателя полноценной мобильной связью и возможностью выхода в интернет. Наличие LTE также обязывает новый девайс иметь встроенный спикер, чего были лишены Gear Sport. Впрочем, LTE-версии неактуальны для России, где до сих пор запрещено использование встроенных электронных eSIM-карт, позволяющих работать с любым сотовым оператором, поддерживающим эту технологию.
Также Samsung Galaxy Watch Active могут похвастать наличием акселерометра с линейным ускорением, датчиками внешнего освещения и гравитации, гироскопом, шагомером, монитором сна, монитором перегрузок и датчиком наклона.
Как и Galaxy Sport, Watch Active имеет функции Always on Display, зимний режим для работы в перчатках, систему тактильной обратной связи, фирменный программный пакет мониторинга здоровья Samsung Health, сервис мобильной оплаты Samsung Pay и опцию "замка" при погружении в воду.
Заметная разница касается дисплеев и ёмкости батарей. Если у Galaxy Watch Active диаметр составляет 1,3 дюйма за счёт ликвидации управляющего механического безеля, то у Gear Sport экранчик поменьше - 1,2 дюйма. В то же время, ёмкость аккумулятора у старой модели составляет 300mAh, в то время как новинка получила 230mAh ради уменьшения толщины корпуса. При этом не надо забывать, что за счёт более производительной и экономичной аппаратной платформы, Galaxy Watch Active, как минимум, не будут уступать своему предшественнику по длительности работы на одном заряде.
Напомним, что анонс смарт-часов Samsung Galaxy Active ожидается в ближайшие недели либо на юбилейной презентации Galaxy Unpacked 2019 в Сан-Франциско, либо на Всемирном мобильном конгрессе MWC 2019 в Барселоне.            

Specifications of Samsung’s new Galaxy Watch Active smartwatch

Unlike smartphones, Android isn’t the dominant OS for smartwatches. According to Statista, Apple sells the most smartwatches out of any vendor, but Samsung has a respectable market share with their TIZEN OS-based smartwatches. Their latest model, the Samsung Galaxy Watch, was launched in the middle of 2018. Since then, we’ve heard rumors that Samsung is preparing to refresh their 2017 Samsung Gear Sport smartwatch. In fact, press renders for a device thought to be the “Samsung Galaxy Sport” leaked online, as shown in the feature image above. Thanks to a tip from XDA Recognized Developer deadman96385, we now know that the device will really be called the Samsung Galaxy Watch Active. Finally, thanks to the Galaxy Watch Active’s firmware files, we have most of its specifications and features too.
The firmware files are for a TIZEN 4.0.0.3-based smartwatch code-named “pulse” with the model name SM-R500. We’re not sure why the model name is SM-R500 when the Samsung Gear Sport’s model name is SM-R600, but the existence of a device with the model name SM-R500 and code-name “pulse” has been in rumors for several months so we’re fairly certain the device is a new smartwatch. Compared to the Gear Sport, the Galaxy Watch Active has a slightly larger display (by only 0.1-inches), an upgraded processor (Exynos 7270 in the Gear Sport versus Exynos 9110 in the Galaxy Watch Active), a speaker, and an LTE model. deadman96385 says he found evidence for a dual eSIM model, but we couldn’t confirm that ourselves.
Surprisingly, the new device has a slightly smaller battery capacity than its predecessor (230mAh in the Galaxy Watch Active versus 300mAh in the Gear Sport). This could be due to the firmware files belonging to a smaller watch version, though. For example, the 42mm Galaxy Watch has a 270mAh battery while the 46mm Galaxy Watch has a 472mAh battery.
Like the 2018 Samsung Galaxy Watch, the 2019 Samsung Galaxy Watch Active does not have MST support, though it does have NFC for Samsung Pay. The new Galaxy Watch Active has a heart rate monitor, but we haven’t seen any evidence for the rumored blood pressure monitor in the firmware files.

Самая продвинутая версия будущего флагмана Samsung Galaxy Note9 будет доступна в Южной Корее и Китае

Сетевые информаторы продолжают публиковать информационные утечки о будущих флагманских моделях Samsung. Из всего вала обнародованных новостей стало известно, что Galaxy Note9, презентация которого состоится на спецмероприятии в Нью-Йорке через 1,5 месяца, внешне будет очень похож на своего предшественника, а по характеристикам будет почти идентичен Galaxy S9 и S9+.
Тем не менее, будут и отличия. Источники подтверждают, что на некоторых рынках Galaxy Note9 будет предлагаться в модификации с 512Гб флэш-памяти. И это вдобавок к поддержке сменных карт microSD объёмом до 400Гб и 8Гб ОЗУ. Сообщается, что упомянутые модификации можно будет купить в Южной Корее и Китае. О появлении этих делюкс-версий на других рынках пока не сообщается.

Galaxy Note 9 Information Highlights Samsung's Sizeable Upgrade

If you’re looking for a smartphone with 512GB of built-in storage, there’s only one such device to buy right now, and it’s hardly affordable. But that might change later this summer when the Galaxy Note 9 arrives.
A new report says that “lucky” buyers will be able to score Galaxy Note 9 versions sporting 8GB of RAM and 512GB of storage, which would be a notable achievement for Samsung.
The “lucky” part seems to suggest that only specific markets will receive this particular version, with China likely being one of them. After all, Samsung did make custom phones for China, whether we’re talking about colors or memory and storage upgrades.
If the report is accurate, this Galaxy Note 9 model will have as much RAM as the OnePlus 6, which currently outperforms the Galaxy S9 in benchmark tests. As for total storage, the Galaxy Note 9 is likely to support microSD cards of up to 400GB, which means the maximum storage would be at almost 1TB for the 512GB model.
The 512GB Galaxy Note 9 will be the most expensive Galaxy Note 9 option in those markets where Samsung will make it available.
A few days ago, a recent benchmark test for the Exynos 9810 version suggested that the base Galaxy Note 9 model will have 6GB of RAM. It’s likely that the cheapest Galaxy Note 9 will have 64GB of storage.
The Galaxy Note 9 is expected to be unveiled this summer, with some reports saying the phone is coming earlier than anticipated.

Новое изображение опубликовал инсайдер @Universeice, который считается одним из самых информированных источников. На рендере якобы изображён планшетофон Samsung Galaxy Note9 со стилусом S Pen.
Если допустить, что это действительно тот самый девайс, то заметных отличий от прошлогоднего Samsung Galaxy Note8 пркатически не заметно, что разочаровало "сетевую общественность".
Инсайдер заявляет, что смартфон должен получить дисплей Super AMOLED с диагональю 6,4 дюйма и разрешением QHD+ с соотношением сторон 18,5:9. Новинка должна быть на 2 миллиметра короче предшественника.
Более ранние слухи указывали на то, что Samsung Galaxy Note9 может получить встроенный в дисплей дактилоскоп, но @Universeice утверждает, что это нововведение вендор приберёг для юбилейного смартфона Galaxy S10, который выйдет в начале следующего года.
Дактилоскопический датчик в Note9 должен располагаться на задней панели под двойной основной камерой. Смартфону прочат более ёмкий аккумулятор, чем у Galaxy Note8.
Впрочем, не стоит принимать всю эту информацию слишком серьёзно. На практике чаще всего случалось, что "сливы", появляющиеся за несколько месяцев до премьеры гаджетов, носят во-многом спекулятивный характер.
И даже если внешний вид будущих флагманов окажется "эволюционным", то начинка наверняка будет заметно отличаться в лучшую сторону.
Обычно Samsung анонсирует аппараты линейки Galaxy Note в конце августа, однако на этот раз ожидают, что событие состоится раньше - в начале августа этого или даже в июле. Эксперты связывают это с тем, что южнокорейский техногигант в 2019-м планирует к запуску революционную линейку раскладных гибридных смартфонов, поэтому корпорации понадобилось сдвинуть временной лаг, чтобы "вклинить" новую модель в своё продуктовое портфолио с наименьшим ущербом для других серий "стандартных" девайсов.

Leaked Galaxy Note 9

Twitter User Ice Universe broke the news on Thursday (May 10), and has previously been a reliable source of information regarding Samsung flagships. His tweet suggests that the Galaxy Note 9 specs in terms of size will be “2mm shorter than the Note 8,” ending with a statement that we’ll see “nothing more.”
While it’s likely that the Galaxy Note 9 specs will include a processor upgrade – perhaps to the Snapdragon 845, the most recent chip from Qualcomm – we shouldn’t expect much more from the upcoming device if the tweet is any indication.
You can’t distinguish between them without careful observation,” Ice Universe wrote in the tweet.

Samsung ещё не представил официально новые смартфоны премиум-класса Galaxy A6 и Galaxy A6+, но сотрудники учебного центра южнокорейского гиганта во Вьетнаме уже выложили в Сеть ознакомительный ролик по младшей модели.
На учебном видео для менеджеров шоурумов Samsung рассказывается о главных особенностях Galaxy A6, таких, как работа с несколькими приложениями или возможность наложения AR-стикеров и съёмки сэлфи с включённой вспышкой. В ролике указано, что у смартфона имеется 16-мегапиксельная основная камера со светосильным объективом f/1,7 и фронтальная камера такого же разрешения, но с диафрагмой f/1,9.
Также подтвердилась информация, что Galaxy A6 получил 5,6-дюймовый Super AMOLED-дисплей с соотношением сторон 18,5:9.
Чуть позже в Сеть попали спецификации (см. таблицу вверху) с индонезийского сайта Samsung, из которых стало понятно, что гаджеты обладают почти флагманскими характеристиками, предлагая стереозвук Dolby Atmos и виртуальный помощник Bixby. На борту имеется 8-ядерный процессор (пока неясно какой именно), а старшая модель может похвастаться наличием двойной камеры с возможностью запуска эффекта боке (размытие фона), большим количество ОЗУ (4Гб), более ёмким аккумулятором и поддержкой MicroSD-карт объёмом до 400Гб! Кроме того, аппараты снабжены системой идентификации владельца, подобно последним флагманским моделям.  
Новые смартфоны Galaxy A6 и Galaxy A6 Plus будут доступны на рынках некоторых стран уже в ближайшие 2-3 недели.

Samsung Galaxy A6 & A6+ coming soon

Samsung Galaxy A6 and Galaxy A6+ have been regulars on leaks and they have been coming in torrents these few days. The models are yet to go official but some of the leaked details have been official ones. Right now, Samsung Indonesia website has gone live with the Galaxy A6 and A6+ with all the details you would like to find out about the models listed.
According to the specs sheet on the website, the new Galaxy A6 and A6+ feature 18.5:9 AMOLED “Infinity” displays, fingerprint sensors, unnamed 8-core SoCs, and front-facing camera flash. The bigger A6+ even has a dual-camera setup for parallax-based bokeh, and both cameras sport 16MP f/1.7 primary shooters. Prices and dates for availability are still unknown, though.
On the design aspect, both phones are a bit different and this is not just about the screen size difference. The larger A6+ steps things up in pretty much every regard, with a higher-resolution and higher PPI screen, more RAM, a bigger battery, faster clock speed, and dual-camera configuration. The smaller and lower-spec’ed A6 will almost certainly cost a less to make up for it, though. Although both phones list “Bixby” as a feature, they only seem to include Bixby Vision, Bixby Home and not Bixby Reminder.
In addition, the sound and speakers on both phones have ostensibly been tuned by Dolby with its Atmos “immersive sound experience,” and they feature Samsung’s face recognition in addition to the rear-mounted fingerprint sensor, but neither device has any water or dust resistance.
With the deluge of details featured o the website, all that is left is for us to know the prices and launch date. However, since Samsung has pushed this out officially, we are certain its launch is close by.

В профильные СМИ попали официальные рендеры обновлённой линейки премиальных смартфонов Samsung Galaxy A6+. Судя по иллюстрациям, устройство несёт отличительные черты известных серий Galaxy A, Galaxy S и Galaxy J, что довольно необычно для дизайнеров южнокорейского вендора.
Так, например, Galaxy A6+ получит дизайн камеры и сканера отпечатков пальцев от Galaxy S8, форму антенны — от аппаратов бюджетной серии Galaxy J, а расположение мультимедийного динамика на правом торце — от смартфонов Galaxy A предыдущего поколения.
По всей видимости, Galaxy A6+ оснастят 6-дюймовым Super AMOLED-дисплеем с соотношением сторон 18,5:9, 8-ядерным процессором Snapdragon 625 или Exynos 7870, 3 или 4Гб оперативной памяти и накопителем на 64 Гб с возможностью расширения картами MicroSD.
Cреди прочих особенностей можно отметить наличие стандартного 3,5мм разъёма для наушников, полный набор беспроводных коммуникаций и довольно ёмкий аккумулятор.
Более детальные параметры станут известны совсем скоро, когда состоится официальный релиз.

Samsung Galaxy A6+ leaked live images show Infinity Display, dual rear cameras

Samsung is working on two Galaxy A series phones - Galaxy A6 and Galaxy A6+ (2018) to launch later this year. The company is yet to confirm the exact launch timeline of the phones though. Ahead of the launch, the Galaxy A6+ - which will be slightly expensive than the Galaxy A6 has now been leaked in live images. The leaked pictures show the A6+ from both back and front sides, revealing almost the complete design of the phone. The live images of the Galaxy A6+ show the phone with Infinity display, something that was also revealed by earlier rumours.
Galaxy A6+ with Infinity Display would mean bigger display and thin bezels on the sides. The leaked images, which were first spotted by a Chinese blog - blogofmobile.com show the Galaxy A6+ in black colour. The image showing off the front panel design of the Galaxy A6+ reveals that the phone will come with Infinity Display, something that we have already seen in most of the latest Samsung phones. The Galaxy A8 and A8+, Galaxy S9 and S9+, Galaxy Note 8, Galaxy S8 and S8+ to name a few. Apart from the Infinity Display, the leaked image also shows thin bezels on the sides and on-screen navigation keys.
The second live image shows the Galaxy A6+ from the back side. The smartphone is seen with plastic back cover, power keys on the left side, and the volume controllers on the right. The image reveals the camera details of the phone. The smartphone is seen with dual camera module aligned vertically, below which there's the fingerprint sensor with a rectangular housing. Next to the dual cameras towards the left sits the LED flashlight - which we assume will allow users capture clear pictures in low light situations. Below the camera and fingerprint set up, there's the Samsung brand logo.
Alongside the Galaxy A6+, Samsung is also working on a cheaper model - Galaxy A6. According to earlier rumours, the Galaxy A6 is expected to borrow the 5.6-inch full-HD+ display from the Samsung Galaxy A8 (2018), while the Galaxy A6+ might sport the 6.0-inch display seen on the Samsung Galaxy A8+ (2018). Earlier this week renders of both the Galaxy phones were leaked and suggested almost the same information as the newly leaked images reveal.
Some additional details that the old renders revealed about the phones are that both the A6 and A6+ will come with a 3.5mm headphone jack. The smartphones are expected to be powered by Exynos 7870 SoC paired with 3GB or 4GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage.
Several renders over the last few weeks have suggested that the smartphones will be launch in several colour variants like - Black, Blue, and Gold.

В Сети появились новые слухи о будущем TIZEN-смартфоне Samsung Z5

Портал technosamigos, специализирующийся на ранних анонсах мобильных продуктов Samsung, в начале сентября опубликовал материал о возможных спецификациях очередного смартфона серии Samsung Z на базе операционной системы TIZEN.
Как выяснилось, приведённые данные не совсем совпадают с теми, что публикуют индийские  источники.
Разумеется, всё это лишь предварительные сведения, основанные на неофициальных утечках из лабораторий разработчиков, поэтому окончательно характеристики устройства ещё не определены.
Тем не менее, учитывая интерес нашей аудитории к таким гаджетам, мы опубликуем неофициальные данные о предполагаемом аппарате.
Согласно публикациям в профильных СМИ, новый Samsung Z5 получил маркировку SM-Z510FD. Гаджет относится к бюджетной категории и его цена вряд ли окажется выше 120 долларов США.
Предположительно он получит дисплей размером не более 5,5 дюймов с разрешением 720p, 4-ядерный процессор (марка его пока неизвестна) с поддержкой технологии 64-bit вычислений, 2Гб ОЗУ, 16Гб постоянной флэш-памяти (с возможностью расширения сменными карточками MicroSD объёмом до 128Гб), 13-мегапиксельную основную и 5-мегапиксельную сэлфи-камеры.
Что касается программного обеспечения, то здесь полной ясности нет, поскольку в октябре ожидается появление окончательной версии ОС TIZEN 4.0.
Гарантировать можно наличие "из коробки" версии не ниже TIZEN 3.0 с возможностью последующего апгрейда.
Аппарат должен поддерживать работу с двумя SIM-картами, стандарты мобильной связи 4G VoLTE, 3G HSPA+, основные беспроводные протоколы (Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth v4.0). Ёмкость аккумуляторной батареи предположительно составит 2600 мАч (другие источники указывают на 3000 мАч), чего вполне достаточно, учитывая высокую экономичность TIZEN OS.
Среди прочих особенностей можно отметить наличие GPS, FM-радио, стандартного 3,5мм аудиоразъёма и порта micro USB v2.0.
Также предполагается наличие акселерометра, датчиков силы тяжести, приближения и уровня освещённости.
Индийский сайт bestpriceon.in утверждает, что Samsung Z5 получит NFC-модуль и сканер отпечатков пальцев, что косвенно указывает на возможное наличие поддержки сервиса Samsung Pay. Цена на индийском рынке, в пересчёте на рубли, вряд ли превысит отметку в 10.000 (некоторые источники указывают на сумму 7.200 - 8000 рублей). 
О дате выпуска: здесь, по всей видимости, существует привязка к появлению окончательной версии TIZEN 4.0. Поначалу она анонсировалась на сентябрь, но, скорее всего, будет представлена чуть позже, в октябре 2017. Следовательно, Samsung Z5 должен увидеть свет либо в конце этого, либо в начале 2018 года.    
Опять же отметим, что это лишь предварительные данные, которые ещё официально не подтверждены кем-либо из менеджмента Samsung Mobile. 

Samsung Z5 Specs, Features, Release Date, Price in India

The upcoming Samsung Z5 TIZEN phone is reported to come with a 5.5-inch Super AMOLED display with HD resolution. This would be company’s first phablet TIZEN device. With enhancements to the interface, Samsung would be debuting the TIZEN OS 3.0 version as it is due for a release. The multi-purpose OS is scheduled to receive major UI and feature changes. With the support of 64-bit Intel and ARM CPU’s, we expect hardware on Samsung Z5 to get good upgrade compared to a jump from previous iterations Z1, Z2, Z3, and Z4.
The new Samsung TIZEN smartphone would boast a Quad-core processor, 2GB of RAM, and 16GB internal storage with support of microSD card slot for storage expansion. When talking about optics, the rear camera is expected to sport a 13-megapixel resolution sensor and the front camera might sport a 5-megapixel sensor. We may see for the first-time the introduction of a fingerprint sensor and an NFC facility on the new Samsung Z5. The battery capacity is rumored to be 3000 mAh. Looking at the spec sheet, Samsung would be upgrading the Samsung Z5 features.

Samsung Z5 Release Date

Z1 was launched in January 2015, while the Z3 was launched in October 2015,  Z2 in September 2016, Z4 in May 2017. So given that timeframe, the Z5 will be announced in November or December.

Just like the previously launched Samsung TIZEN phones, the Z5 also will be an affordable handset priced nothing more than $120.

Новое устройство защищено от воды, поэтому в них можно плавать, собирая данные о своей активности с помощью специального программного приложения Speedo On, разработанного совместно с компанией Speedo. Последняя хорошо известна в мире спорта разработкой и производством первоклассных аксессуаров для занятия плаванием.
В Samsung Gear Sport имеется сенсор мониторинга частоты сердечных сокращений, который способен работать постоянно, а не по запросу. Для некоторых видов спорта очень пригодится встроенный GPS-модуль для лучшего ориентирования на местности.
Смарт-часы способны автоматически определять тип спортивной активности, но при этом можно отметить повышенную ориентированность устройства на пловцов. Например, упомянутое выше ПО Speedo On способно "обучать" плаванию, определять стиль плавания и отслеживать основные показатели (сколько "кругов намотал" спортсмен в бассейне, скорость на определённом отрезке дистанции и т,д,). Дополнительным преимуществом может стать доступ к фирменным приложениям модного спортивного брэнда Under Armor.
Но и это не всё. Gear Sport совместимы с устройствами Samsung, интегрированными в экосистему IoT (Интернет вещей), так что с их помощью можно управлять системами умного дома. Всё это стало возможным благодаря наличию "на борту" свежей версии операционной системы TIZEN 3.0.
Что касается других технических параметров, то новый гаджет оснащён дисплеем Super AMOLED диаметром 1,2 дюйма с разрешением 360х360 пикселей, фирменной 2-ядерной SoC с частотой 1 ГГц, 768 МБ РЗУ, 4Гб флэш-памяти, адаптерами беспроводных интерфейсов, модулем NFC и аккумулятором ёмкостью 300 мА·ч. Размеры (без учёта стандартного ремешка шириной 20 мм) составляют 24,9х44,6х11,6 мм при массе 50г. На выбор доступны чёрный и синий варианты оформления.
Samsung Gear Sport совместимы с мобильными устройствами, работающими под управлением Android 4.4, iOS 9 и более поздними версиями указанных ОС.
Смартфоны Samsung способны сопрягаться с устройством, даже если установлена  совсем "древняя" версия ОС Android 4.3. Точной информации о цене и дате запуска в продажу пока нет. В любом случае произойдёт это в ближайшие 1,5-2 месяца.

В ходе презентации Samsung также показал и другие носимые устройства: спортивный фитнес-браслет Gear Fit 2 PRO и обновлённую версию беспроводных смарт-наушников IconX (2017), которые также работают на TIZEN OS, но более ранних версий.
Фитнес-часы Gear Fit 2 PRO оснащены изогнутым дисплеем Super AMOLED диагональю 1,5 дюйма и разрешением 216х432 пикселя. Экран защищает стекло Gorilla Glass 3. В основе аппаратной начинки присутствует фирменный процессор с частотой 1ГГц, объём ОЗУ равен 512Мб, а модуль основной флэш-памяти - 4Гб. Имеются также адаптеры беспроводных интерфейсов, GPS-модуль, сенсор замера частоты сердечных сокращений и аккумулятор ёмкостью 200 мА·ч. 
Браслет не боится воды, о чём говорит рейтинг 5ATM. Это даёт возможность заниматься плаванием и погружаться на глубину до 50 метров, не снимая устройства с запястья. Также заявлено соответствие стандарту MIL-STD-810G.
Как и у часов Gear Sport, в браслет интегрировано ПО Speedo On, ориентированное на занимающихся плаванием.
Пользователям доступны два цветовых варианта этого носимого гаджета: чёрный и красный. Габариты браслета составляют 25х51,3мм, масса - 33-34 г. В продаже появятся две версии, отличающиеся длиной ремешка. Устройство совместимо со смартфонами на Android 4.4, iOS 9 и выше. В случае использования совместно со смартфоном Samsung опять-таки имеется преимущество: заявлена совместимость начиная в версии с Android 4.3. Розничная цена новинки - 200 долларов США.

И, наконец, были представлены новые беспроводные смарт-наушники Samsung IconX (2017), также работающие на операционной системе TIZEN.
Gear IconX 2016 года были одной из первых моделей по-настоящему беспроводных наушников, хотя не стали хитом из-за ограниченного времени автономной работы. Но во втором поколении 2017 года Samsung исправил этот недостаток. Теперь заряда хватит не на 1,5 часа активной работы, как было в прошлой модели, а на 5 (если вести прослушивание через Bluetooth). Это позволит управлять различными функциями сопряжённого смартфона посредством голосовых команд. Кроме того, имеется персональный тренер в виде специального приложения Running Coach. А вот сенсор замера пульса в новой модификации не установлен.
Размеры новинки стали компактнее - 18,9х21,8х22,8 мм, масса составляет всего 8 г. Наушники совместимы со смартфонами, работающими под управлением Android 4.4 и выше. На выбор доступны чёрный, серый и розовый цвета. Стоимость  производитель пока не огласил.

В ходе презентации топ-менеджеры Samsung особо подчеркнули, что все новейшие устройства корпорации теперь будут объеденены в единую IoT-экосистему, что позволит их владельцам получить доступ к большому количеству разнообразных сервисов и различных опций, вплоть до управления "умным домом" прямо с запястья, а также удалённой диагности возможных неисправностей. Разумеется, устройства смогут получать программные обновления для совершенствования их функциональных возможностей.

Как сообщил известный инсайдер Evan Blass в своём twitter-блоге, новинка обойдётся покупателю в 200 долларов. Впрочем, разница в цене вполне оправдана, так как спортивный браслет на базе обновлённой версии операционной системы TIZEN получит сразу несколько преимуществ по сравнению с младшей моделью Gear Fit2.
Во-первых, изготовлен фитнес-трэкер из более качественных материалов. Специальный эластичный полимер предотвратит какое-либо раздражение на коже даже при интенсивных тренировках и длительном ношении на запястье.
Во-вторых, устройство получило такую важную функцию как водонепроницаемость (возможно погружение на глубину до 50 метров), что чрезвычайно важно для пловцов и дайверов. Соответственно, приложение для мониторинга физического состояния человека Samsung Health получит возможность регистрации хода тренировок в бассейне или на открытой воде. Samsung Gear Fit2 Pro Leak Hints At $199 Price Tag In The US

The yet-to-be announced Samsung Gear Fit2 Pro is reaching the headlines once more thanks to a recent leak that seems to reveal the smart band’s launch price. According to a screenshot recently passed along on Twitter by a leakster, Evan Blass, Samsung’s upcoming wearable will be available for the price of $199.99 in the United States. In short, this means that the new model will have a slightly higher launch price compared to last year’s Samsung Gear Fit2, which was accompanied by a price tag of $179.99 during its debut.
The upcoming Samsung Gear Fit2 Pro has been the subject of various leaks and rumors for the past several weeks, which means that the device is not entirely shrouded in mystery as far as specifications are concerned. Having said that, it appears that the additional cost of $20 over the launch price of last year’s Gear Fit2 could be justified by features such as improved water resistance and the addition of swim tracking, as well as a refreshed design featuring a more comfortable wrist band. Furthermore, the Samsung Gear Fit2 Pro should offer support for offline Spotify music playback not unlike the Samsung Gear S3, and there may be other improvements and/or additions to the upcoming device that have yet to be revealed. In any case, the fitness band will be powered by Samsung’s proprietary TIZEN operating system which has been fueling the company’s wearables for some time now, and it should be compatible with smartphones running Android OS and Apple’s iOS.
The Samsung Gear Fit2 Pro is expected to adopt a curved rectangular AMOLED display with an unknown diagonal, and rumors indicate that the wearable could be officially unveiled as early as August 23 during the upcoming Samsung Unpacked event held in New York City, where the company is set to take the veil off the highly anticipated Samsung Galaxy Note 8 flagship. It’s worth reminding that various retail outlets and carriers have previously bundled last year’s Samsung Galaxy Note 7 with the Gear Fit2 wrist band at launch, so it’s wouldn’t be entirely surprising if the upcoming flagship phone will be coupled with the newer Gear Fit2 Pro in some cases.

Samsung Galaxy Tab A 2017 получил 8-ядерный процессор с тактовой частотой до 1,4 ГГц, которым, скорее всего, будет Snapdragon 427. На "борту" аппарата имеется 2Гб ОЗУ, 16Гб флэш-памяти и небольшой 8" экран с разрешением 1280x800 пикселей. 
В планшете установлены 8Мп и 5Мп камеры на тыльной и лицевой панелях соответсвенно, операционная система Android 7.1.1, аккумулятор на 5000 мАч и слот microSD с возможностью установки карт памяти ёмкостью до 256 Гб.
Корпус планшета, в зависимости от версии, получит чёрный или белый цвет. 
Судя по характеристикам, Samsung Galaxy Tab A 2017 относится к категории бюджетных гаджетов для массового рынка.
Поскольку этот портативный девайс уже имеет сертификат TENAA, следует ожидать его скорого релиза.

Budget-friendly Samsung Galaxy Tab A (2017) spotted again, launch seems imminent

It appears that Samsung has another entry-level Android tablet in the pipeline, a sequel to the Galaxy Tab A 8.0, which is likely to make its debut very soon. The so-called Galaxy Tab A (2017) was spotted for the first time about two months ago.
Earlier this week, the slab appeared at TENAA, the Chinese regulatory body, so an announcement looks imminent. The tablet is listed with model number SM-T385C, but TENAA doesn't reveal any information about its specs.
However, a previous report suggests the Galaxy Tab A (2017) sports an 8-inch display with 1200x800 pixels resolution, as well as a decent 1.4GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 427 processor.
When it comes to memory, Samsung's budget-friendly slate packs 2GB RAM and 16GB expandable storage (+ microSD up to 256GB). An 8-megapixel primary camera is said to be positioned on the back side, while on the front, there's a secondary 5-megapixel selfie camera.
There's no mention of the battery yet, but it looks like the Galaxy Tab A (2017), or whatever its name, will ship with Android 7.0 Nougat on board.
