Портал iFixit незаконно опубликовал процесс разборки и расположение внутренних компонентов смартфона Galaxy Fold

Корпорация Samsung потребовала от портала iFixit убрать публикацию о разборке тестового образца своего первого складного смартфона Galaxy Fold.
Всё дело в том, что аппарат попал в руки специалистов iFixit, которые занимаются оценкой ремонтопригодности новых гаджетов, незаконно.
Обладателем тестового экземпляра был один из американских "партнёров", который получил Glaxy Fold под расписку, где строго оговаривался запрет на передачу смартфона третьим лицам и тем более не давалось разрешения на его разборку.
Таким образом, из-за противоправных действий пока неназванного "надёжного партнёра" и редакции портала iFixit производителю был нанесён значительный ущерб, поскольку подробное описание внутренних компонентов и вся конструкция в целом стали достоянием конкурентов задолго до запуска аппарата в продажу.
Как известно, из-за нескольких случаев "поломок" гаджета в руках обозревателей ряда американских СМИ, дата релиза Galaxy Fold была перенесена примерно на месяц.
iFixit ничего не оставалось, как убрать материал со своего сайта, хотя сделали они это с явной неохотой. Тем не менее материал до сих пор сохранён в кэше Google, равно как и в архивах конкурентов, которые с удовольствием воспользовались предоставленной работниками iFixit возможностью.
Какие санкции будут применены к нарушившему договор "партнёру", неизвестно.
Вместе с тем остаётся много вопросов к руководству мобильного подразделения Samsung. Фактически кампания по продвижению Galaxy Fold была полностью провалена. Идея рассылки тестовых экземпляров большой группе журналистов (в том числе откровенным хейтерам Samsung) была абсолютно контрпродуктивной.

iFixit illegally published a disassembly scheme and the location of the internal components of the Galaxy Fold smartphone

Samsung has demanded that the iFixit portal remove the publication on disassembling the test sample of its first foldable smartphone, Galaxy Fold. The fact is that the device illegally fell into the hands of iFixit experts who are engaged in assessing the maintainability of new gadgets. 
The owner of the test copy was one of the American "partner", who, according to the contract, had no right to transfer the smartphone to unauthorized persons. Of course, he also did not have permission to public disassemble the device.
Thus, due to unlawful actions of an unnamed "partner" and the editorial staff of the iFixit portal, the manufacturer suffered significant damage, since the detailed description of the internal components and the whole structure became available to competitors even before the device was launched for sale. As you know, due to several cases of "breakdowns" of the gadget in the hands of several American media observers, the release date of the Galaxy Fold was postponed for about a month.
iFixit had no choice but to remove material from its site, although they did it with obvious reluctance. Nevertheless, the material is still stored in the Google cache, as well as in the archives of competitors, who gladly took advantage of the opportunity provided by iFixit employees.
What sanctions will be applied to the "partner" who violated the contract is still unknown.
However, there are many questions to the leadership of the mobile unit Samsung. In fact, the campaign to promote the Galaxy Fold was completely failed. The idea of distributing test copies to a large group of journalists (including the well-known Samsung haters) was absolutely counterproductive.
