Оказывается, призводитель давно предусмотрел возможность переключения меню в "ночной" режим, хотя некоторые владельцы телевизоров об этом даже не подозревают.

Итак, для изменения настройки интефейса достаточно 4-х простых действий:

1. С помощью пульта дистанционного управления войдите в меню "настройки" (TV settings)

2. Выберите в меню пункт "Общие настройки" (General)

3. Выберите пункт "Специальные возможности" (Accessibility)

4. Активируйте позицию "Высокий контраст"

Таким образом, у вас активируется "тёмная тема", которая лучше воспринимается глазом в тёмных помещениях. Разумеется, по желанию вы всегда можете вернуть прежнюю настройку, отключив позицию "Высокий контраст".

Dark Mode has become a real craze in recent months. In fact, many prefer dark themes, both because they are more pleasant to look at and because they are less fatigued. Especially in the evening, Dark Mode is a cure-all for the eyes, already battered by the hours spent in front of a screen during the day.

Software Update Brings Powerful Galaxy Note10 Features to the Galaxy S10

The Galaxy Note10 and Note10+ are packed with powerful tools designed to help users unleash their creativity and be more productive. Now, with an update set for release beginning in European markets from September 23,1 Samsung Electronics is introducing many of those same bar-raising innovations – including features like AR Doodle, a built-in video editor and Link to Windows integration – to the Galaxy S10e, S10, S10+ and S10 5G.2
Once Galaxy S10 users download the update, they’ll notice that their smartphone’s pro-grade camera has become even more powerful. The update expands the camera’s Night Mode to include support for the front-facing camera as well – offering users more freedom to snap vivid shots after dark. It also introduces enhanced Super steady video stabilization, as well as support for dynamic Galaxy Note10 functions like AR Doodle and Live focus video recording. The former lets users enhance their videos with fun, augmented-reality drawings and messages, while the latter lets them apply bokeh effects (including blur, big circle, color point and glitch) to videos recorded with the front or rear camera.
Whenever Galaxy S10 users capture a memorable clip, the camera’s new, Gallery app-accessible video editor offers all the tools they’ll need to turn it into a share-worthy video. This versatile feature makes it easy to edit videos like a pro, and features simple tools for trimming clips, stitching them together, adjusting playback speed and more. You can even use the function to add subtitles and background music to clips to make your content more unique.
The update also incorporates support for Samsung DeX for PC. Once users download the app from SamsungDeX.com, they’ll be able to launch Samsung DeX on their PC or Mac simply by connecting their Galaxy S10 to their computer via USB cable. Link to Windows support has also been added, which means that Galaxy S10 users will be able to wirelessly connect their phone to their Windows 10 PC and easily view its contents, send and receive messages, and sync recent photos directly from their computer.
Apps that Galaxy S10 users rely on every day, including Samsung Pass and Messages, have also been made more versatile and convenient. Now, Samsung Pass’s setup has been simplified, making it easier for Galaxy S10 users to utilize their device’s advanced biometric technologies to log in to apps and websites quickly and securely. In the Messages app, new icons for adding photos and videos have been positioned to the left of the text window to offer users easy access to the files they need.
As Jiyoung Mun, an engineer at Samsung Electronics’ Mobile R&D Office, explained, the Galaxy S10’s update reflects Samsung’s commitment to offering more users access to exceptional innovations. “At Samsung Electronics, we’re constantly exploring ways to offer Galaxy device users the best possible smartphone experience, and this software update is an extension of that commitment,” said Mun.

Смартфоны Samsung Galaxy A50 сразу же после выхода на рынок несколько месяцев назад стали бестселлером во многих странах мира. Всего за 300 долларов пользователи этих устройств получили от A-брэнда многие опции флагманских моделей, например подэкранный сканер отпечатков пальцев, ёмкий аккумулятор и новейшую 10-нанометровую вычислительную платформу.
Однако, Galaxy A50 всё же уступали флагманам в количестве опций при съёмке фото и видео, несмотря на наличие весьма неплохих основных камер с тремя оптическими модулями. 
И вот, чтобы ещё больше повысить конкурентоспособность аппарата на фоне более дешёвых китайских соперников, южнокорейский техногигант неожиданно выкатил мощное программное обновление для камер, установленных в A50.
Новое ПО приносит аппаратам сразу две полезные функции: ночной режим и режим Super Slow-mo (эффект замедления движущихся объектов). Более того, теперь с помощью камеры можно напрямую сканировать QR-коды без активации AI-помощника Bixby.
Но и это ещё не всё. Обновление также содержит июньский патч безопасности.

Samsung Galaxy A50: June Security Update Brings Night Mode and Slow-Mo Video Recording

Samsung has released a new software update for the Galaxy A50 in India which brings in the June 2019 security patch to the phone.
This new firmware requires a 422MB download and sports version number A505FDDU2ASF2. And, while the changelog only mentions improvements to the stability of Knox Guard and security of the device, a user has reported that this build also brings in new camera features to the Galaxy A50 like Night Mode and Super Slo-Mo video recording.
However, these features aren't automatically accessible and you have to reset the camera settings to use them.
Additionally, this update also adds the ability to scan QR codes from the camera app without Bixby Vision.
This firmware is rolling out over-the-air and you can head over to your phone's Settings > Software update menu to try pulling it manually if you haven't received a notification yet.
