14 марта представители Samsung Electronics заявили, что техногигант стремится разместить камеры и датчики под экранами смартфонов для создания «идеальных полноэкранных» устройств, сообщает бизнес-портал The Investor. 
В корпорации говорят, что дисплей Infinity-O, используемый в Galaxy S10, является «вехой» в технологии отображения, хотя в будущем вендор намерен продемонстрировать «полноэкранный» дизайн в смартфонах.
«Пробить дыру в OLED-дисплее - это очень сложная технология», - сказал на брифинге вице-президент Samsung по исследованиям и разработкам в области мобильных коммуникаций Янг Бён-дак. «Мы опробовали технологию для юбилейной модели Galaxy S10, и думаем, что в результате эта стратегия сработала».

"Опросы показывают, что большинство пользователей гаджетов не в восторге от идеи свреления дисплеев. Многих людей всякие "моноброви", "чёлки" и "дырки" сильно раздражают. Я полагаю, что дорогая технология лазерной резки отверстий в OLED-экранах не будет оценена среднестатистическим потребителем как что-то чрезвычайно полезное. Давно существует масса способов отказаться от вырезов в экране, особенно во флагманских моделях. Это и вариант слайдера (в чём Samsung когда-то очень даже преуспел), и вариант выдвижной камеры и, в конце концов, полный отказ от сэлфи-камер и прочих датчиков на лицевой панели.
Как я сказал в одном из наших прошлых интервью, система искусственного интеллекта позволяет делать качественные сэлфи с помощью основной камеры. Та же Bixby способна различить правильную компоновку кадра и поймать момент, когда человек не моргает. С помощью голосовых команд или звукового сигнала она может корректировать положение человека (или группы фотографирующихся) перед камерой. В крайнем случае можно было бы разместить небольшой контрольный дисплей на задней стороне смартфона для любителей видеочатов.
Учитывая, что Galaxy S10 выпущен в 3-х вариантах, можно было хотя бы одну модификацию выпустить для тех, кто не желает мириться с дыркой в экране, пусть даже в ущерб влагозащите, хотя и эта проблема технически вполне решаема. Вместо этого в Samsung решили поразить мир "лазерной нарезкой". Но зачем? Я полагаю, что покупатели это не оценят." - отметил эксперт.

Samsung seeks shift to full screen in new smartphones

Samsung Electronics said on March 14 it will push to put cameras and sensors beneath the screens of smartphones to create “perfect full-screen” devices.
The South Korean tech giant said its Infinity-O Display, used in Galaxy S10, is a “milestone” for its display technology, although going forward it will showcase a “full screen” look for upcoming smartphones.
“Punching a hole in the OLED display is a very challenging technology,” Yang Byung-duk, vice president of Samsung’s mobile communication R&D group display, said in a briefing. “We tried the technology for Galaxy’s 10th anniversary model and think the strategy worked as a result.”
“Galaxy S10 is the only smartphone that has a hole in OLED display itself,” Yang pointed out. “Hole display is not one of the design options, but it is a noteworthy achievement in terms of the display technological advances.” 
Samsung’s ultimate goal is create a smartphone with all of sensors embedded beneath the screen.
Meanwhile, the invited expert of the Samsung World blog Nikolay Iznov believes that the idea of “drilling holes” was initially a worthless and wasteful waste of huge amounts of money:
"Surveys show that most users of gadgets are not thrilled with the idea of drilling displays. This is annoying to many people. I believe that the expensive technology of laser cutting holes in the screens will not be appreciated by the average consumer as something extremely useful.
For a long time there are many ways to refuse the cutouts in the screen, which is especially important for the flagship models of smartphones. This is a slider version (which Samsung once did very well), and a retractable camera option and, in the end, a complete rejection of selfie cameras and other sensors on the front panel.
As I said in one of our past interviews, the artificial intelligence system allows you to make high-quality selfies using the main camera. For example, Bixby is able to distinguish the correct composition of the frame and catch the moment when a person does not blink. In a pinch, a small control display could be placed on the back of the smartphone for video chat lovers.
Given that the Galaxy S10 was released in 3 versions, it was must possible to release at least one modification for those who do not want to put up with a hole in the screen. Instead, Samsung decided to hit the world with a laser cut. But why? I suppose buyers won't appreciate it.", - expert noted.

Samsung Galaxy S10 available in 70 nations

Tech giant Samsung Electronics said on March 8 that it has officially launched its Galaxy S10 smartphone lineup in 70 global markets, including the US, India, China, Russia and Indonesia.
By the end of this month, the company’s latest flagship lineup, celebrating the 10th anniversary of the Galaxy brand, will be available in 130 nations.  
Distinctive features of the S10 include a full-screen organic light-emitting diode display housing a fingerprint sensor, the ability to share power with other devices wirelessly, and a triple rear camera setup. 
The initial market response, especially in Korea, appears favorable, according to the tech giant and mobile carriers. 
“Contrary to some news reports, first-day sales of the S10 models surpassed those of the S9 lineup,” a Samsung spokesperson told The Investor, declining to reveal the exact figure.
Samsung previously said that it sold 20 percent more Galaxy S10 handsets than the S9 duo on the first day. Mobile carriers started shipping the Galaxy trio - the S10, S10+ and S10e - on March 4 for consumers who had placed preorders.
It is estimated that a total of 180,000 S10 units were sold on the first day, up from 150,000 for the S9 handsets.
However, some customers have reportedly not received their preordered smartphones as some retailers are having inventory shortages. 
“The white Galaxy S10 is particularly popular, and it is difficult to get the model both online and offline,” an official from a telecom firm said.
The tech firm will begin receiving preorders for the 5G edition of the S10 from March 22 in Korea.

South Korea: Samsung holds fan party for Galaxy users

Samsung Electronics held Galaxy Fan Party events in major cities nationwide to celebrate the launch of its latest premium Galaxy S10 smartphone and the 10th anniversary of the Galaxy brand.
The fan party events are designed to show users how to use major functions of the new Galaxy device. 
The tech firm held a fan party in Busan, Feb. 28, and Gwangju, March 2, and is scheduled to hold additional events in major cities through March 16. The Seoul event will be held March 8, Daejeon, March 15 and Daegu, March 16.
The fan parties are directed by rapper Zico and showcase music from artists such as one-man pop act 10cm and other events including a quiz. 10cm introduced a new song celebrating the 10th anniversary of the Galaxy brand.
Samsung commenced the Galaxy Fan Party(s) in March 2018 with the introduction of the Galaxy S9. The firm said competition for taking part in this year's event heated up as more than 30,000 Galaxy fans registered for the event.
The firm had an unpacking event to introduce the Galaxy S10 smartphone in four formats ― the S10e, S10, S10+ and fifth-generation (5G) network-enabled S10 5G. Excluding the S10 5G, three S10 phones will be available here starting Monday.

Самой популярной стала модель S10+ (48%), затем S10 (37%) и S10e (8%), а на версию S10+ в керамическом корпусе пришлось 7% от всех предзаказов.
Газета "Ведомости" со ссылкой на знакомого менеджера Samsung сообщает, что за неделю могло быть заказано от 25 до 30 тысяч аппаратов. Для сравнения: за 1-й полный месяц продаж (апрель прошлого года) в России было продано порядка 25 тысяч экземпляров семейства Samsung Galaxy S9.
По данным сети МТС, предзаказ на Galaxy S10 превышает показатели прошлогодней модели почти в 3 раза. В торговых сетях "М.Видео", "Эльдорадо" и "Связной-Евросеть" отмечают рост в 2,5 раза относительно результатов 2018 года.
Стоимость Samsung Galaxy S10, S10+ и S10e в России начинается от 69, 78 и 57 тысяч рублей соответственно. Кроме того, выйдет специальная версия S10+ с накопителем на 1Тб и 12 Гб ОЗУ за 125 тысяч рублей.

In China, in the first 2 hours after the start of receiving pre orders, their number exceeds the demand for the Galaxy S9 in the first 24 hours in 2018. Worldwide sales of new products will begin on March 8, 2019.
In Russia, according to the Samsung representative office, in a week Russians ordered 2.5 times more flagship smartphones than the year before, when the Galaxy S9 came out. The most popular model was the S10+ (48%), then the S10 (37%) and S10e (8%), and the ceramic version of the S10+ version accounted for 7% of all preorders.
The "Vedomosti" newspaper, citing a familiar Samsung manager, reports that from 25 to 30 thousand devices was preordered this week. For comparison: for the first full month of sales (April last year), about 25 thousand copies of the Samsung Galaxy S9 family were sold in Russia.
According to the MTS network, the preorder for the Galaxy S10 exceeds the sales of last year’s model by almost 3 times. In the M.Video, Eldorado, and Svyaznoy-Euroset retail chains, they show an increase of 2.5 times compared to the 2018 results.
In addition to the models listed above, Russia is also expected to release a superpremium model of the Galaxy S10+ with 1Tb of memory and 12Gb of RAM.

За 3 дня до юбилейного шоу Samsung Galaxy Unpacked 2019 в Сан-Франциско и за 10 до очередной ежегодной выставки MWC в Барселоне, всё ещё остаётся не до конца понятным, какие именно новинки южнокорейский техногигант представит на этих мероприятиях.
Конечно, сомневаться в дебюте семейства Galaxy S10 и "революционного" Galaxy F в "технологической столице" США не приходится. У инсайдеров имеется почти полная уверенность, что эти смартфоны будут впервые показаны на Galaxy Unpacked. А вот насчёт всех остальных новинок мнения разделились.
По идее, Samsung надо что-то оставить для привлечения внимания и на Всемирном Мобильном Конгрессе (MWC 2019), поэтому некоторые считают, что такие вещи как планшеты, смарт-часы, фитнес-трэкеры, беспроводные наушники и прочие аксессуары дебютируют именно в Барселоне. Кроме того, в столице Каталонии  можно также ожидать анонса самой "крутой" версии Galaxy S10+ с рекордным объёмом встроенной памяти (12Гб ОЗУ и 1Тб флэш + возможностью расширения с помощью карточек microSD объёмом до 512Гб) и поддержкой ультраскоростной мобильной связи по протоколу 5G.
С другой стороны, сторонники версии "большой презентации" в Калифорнии, говорят, что для Samsung было бы очень важным показать взаимодействие всех его гаджетов между собой как единой экосистемы именно на Galaxy Unpacked, в то время как мероприятие в Барселоне является менее важным и, следовательно, будет во многом "повторением пройденного".

What to expect from Samsung’s Galaxy Unpacked 2019

Three S10s, news on the foldable phone and maybe more

We're mere days away from Samsung's next Unpacked event, so the Korean conglomerate is all but ready to dish the details on the Galaxy S10 smartphone family. Not that we're totally in the dark, of course. As is the case in the lead-up to all flagship smartphone launches, the rumor mill has been picking up pace over the past weeks and months, giving us more than a few hints on what to expect on February 20th. The new Galaxy S10 range will obviously be the headline act, but Samsung's foldable phone is certain to make an appearance, and perhaps there'll be a few surprises that've thus far avoided the leak treatment, too.

Three smartphones (or four, or five)

There's way too much smoke around this for there not to be a fire raging somewhere at Samsung HQ. All fingers point to the company announcing a total of three smartphones at Unpacked. In addition to the S10 and S10+, which will be the natural successors to last year's S9 models, we'll also be welcoming the S10E to the family. The S10E is expected to be the iPhone XR of the trio: A slightly scaled-back flagship with a price tag that hovers an attractive distance below the $1,000 benchmark that's become all too familiar of late. Same branding, fewer Benjamins.
We're not completely clear yet as to what inevitable compromises the S10E will make compared to the S10 and S10+ proper, but a smaller screen size seems a dead cert. Case-centric leaks and other sources peg the S10E as having a 5.8-inch display, while the S10 and S10+ will bump that to 6.1 and 6.4 inches, respectively. The S10E is also expected to feature a flat display where the other two will retain a curvature to the screens at their sides.
These displays are eschewing the notch in favor of the "hole-punch" design that's undoubtedly going to be one of the smartphone trends of 2019. Instead of mustache hanging over the screen and taking up vital notification space, the only dead zone will be a small hole for the front-facing camera to poke through. We've seen this already in phones like Huawei's Nova 4 and Honor View 20, as well Samsung's own Galaxy A9 Pro launched in Korea last month. Not one for generic terms, Samsung's branding bods are calling these "Infinity-O" displays.
Leaked images show the S10+ has a larger, oblong hole-punch compared with the older two devices, which suggests it'll have dual selfie cameras. The extra space might not be a camera at all, however, and could instead host some sort of depth sensor for face-unlocking, à la Face ID. There has been the odd whisper about this being a new security feature, and could spell a quiet end for the iris scanner that's been part of the S-series for a few generations now.
Face-unlocking is still in the maybe camp, but there are many more little birdies chirping about the S10 and S10+ bringing in-display fingerprint readers to the table. These aren't that uncommon these days - the Huawei Mate 20 Pro and OnePlus 6T being a few recent examples of phones that tuck the reader behind their screens - but interestingly it's rumored that Qualcomm's ultrasonic sensor will be tasked with the job in Samsung's case. The ultrasonic nature of Qualcomm's take is said to be that more fool-proof and reliable compared with sometimes temperamental optical sensors.
Leaks suggest the S10E won't have an in-display fingerprint sensor like its pricier cousins, but its reader will be slightly untraditional all the same. Cases show the S10E to have a much larger than average power button, as it'll double as the fingerprint reader. You don't see this very often nowadays, but Sony used to marry these two aspects in its older devices (outside of the US, at least, where fingerprint sensors didn't become a given until last year).
The new S10 family aren't the only phones that'll be shown off at Unpacked. Samsung's oh-so-unsubtle teaser for the event heavily hints at its foldable phone making an appearance at the event, too. We briefly glimpsed a prototype foldable at Samsung's developer conference last year, but it was far from a consumer-ready model. A Samsung promo video leaked recently showed what appeared to be a much more refined device, but one that was too good to be true and likely, more special effects than reality. There's no telling exactly what the company plans to report on foldable development, but having seen the first true foldable device in the flesh at CES last month, chances are it probably won't be ready for primetime or mass-market consumption.
Strolling briskly back into the rumor mill, Wall Street Journal sources claimed last year that there's actually another, secretive S10 variant in development. It's supposed to be the biggest, with a 6.7-inch display, and boast six cameras in total -- two up front and four 'round back. Apparently, it would also be 5G-ready, which is a topic Samsung may well skirt around on February 20th since 5G isn't really a thing yet. Some have claimed the device will be called the S10 X, but it's been talked about so little since that it's unlikely we'll hear anything about it at Unpacked, if the handset even exists at all.

Cameras

Samsung seems to have subscribed to "the more lenses the better" mantra that's pervaded the smartphone industry. Last year, the company launched a mid-range device with no less than four rear cameras, but it appears the S10 and S10+ will have to make do with three. The S10E, on the other hand, will ditch one of those for a standard dual-camera setup - another comprise to account for its lower price tag.
There's some disagreement about exactly what specs will be attached to each of these cameras. Last fall, Samsung announced it had developed its own 32- and 48-megapixel smartphone cameras, and Sony revealed its 48-megapixel sensor a few months prior. It's not unreasonable to think that Samsung would throw these in-house components into its latest flagships, of course, but the company hasn't exactly chosen megapixel quantity over quality in the past. The Note 9, for example, sports two 12-megapixel sensors, one dual-aperture telephoto and one wide-angle - and the Note 9 is an excellent cameraphone.
There's a decent chance, then, that the S10 family will stick around the 12- to 16-megapixel range and add an ultra-wide-angle lens (like the Huawei Mate 20 Pro) to increase shooting options on the S10 and S10+. From image leaks, we can see that the primary cameras will sit in a familiar rectangular frame, though they'll stretch horizontally across the backs of the devices like on the Note 9 and not vertically like on the S9 and S9+.

Guts

It's normal for Samsung to release two variants of its flagship devices: one with a Samsung chip, primarily for the Asian market, and one with a Qualcomm chip for elsewhere in the world. It's pretty much a given that Samsung's new Exynos 9820 processor and Qualcomm's new Snapdragon 855 will assume these roles in the S10 family. Both are geared towards power, efficiency, AI, speedy connectivity and that sort of thing.
Otherwise, there haven't been many credible leaks around different configurations. There are whispers that 8GB of RAM and 512GB of storage will be the maximum spend (naturally, this will vary across the three models), but according to a quickly pulled pre-order page on Samsung's website in the Philippines, there will also be a special edition S10+ that pushes those figures. Apparently, this version will feature 12GB of RAM and 1TB of storage, which would gel agreeably with the announcement last month that Samsung had developed the first 1TB mobile flash chip.

Software

A few months ago, Samsung revealed the next evolution of its Android skin, called One UI. The main thrust is it's meant to make bigger phones easier to use, grouping buttons and menus into specific interactivity zones, so you're not reaching all over the place to make things happen. One UI is scheduled for release right about now, so it will undoubtedly debut on the S10 family before rolling out to older devices. Samsung delivered a brief overview of One UI at its developer conference last year, but we reckon it'll get some airtime at Unpacked nonetheless.
In terms of specific features, the S10 range will apparently be graced by a new app called the Samsung Blockchain KeyStore, which will basically be an on-device cryptocurrency wallet. And digging deep on prior Samsung software has suggested a new camera mode called Bright Night will debut at Unpacked. Similar to Google's Night Sight and other low-light camera features, it's thought the mode will stitch multiple shots together to get the best out of gloomy situations.
If Samsung has any time left at its press conference, we might see mention of more updates to Bixby, too. The company said at CES that its putting its digital assistant in more places and that Google, among other partners, are beginning to play nice with the platform. Considering case leaks point to the S10 devices keeping the dedicated Bixby button used to summon the assistant, we'd be surprised if it didn't get at least an honorable mention on stage.

Everything else

Joining the S10 range, Samsung is expected to announce a new pair of wireless earbuds at Unpacked, inventively called the Galaxy Buds (as confirmed by an update to Samsung's Galaxy Wearable app). What's interesting about these is that a credible image leak suggests they can be wirelessly charged by your phone. Huawei's Mate 20 Pro is the only phone that supports reverse wireless charging at the moment -- but not for long, it seems. Samsung's official cases mention a Wireless PowerShare feature, too, which is no doubt what it'll be named.
FCC filings appear to confirm that all S10 models will support the speediest, next-generation WiFi standard, 802.11ax, which would be a spec to look out for when upgrading your router at a later date. This marries up well with the thinking that Qualcomm's Snapdragon 855 chip, which works with 802.11ax, will be Samsung's CPU of choice for international S10 handsets.
Not so much a new feature, more preserving one, but all relevant leaks show that Samsung isn't doing away with the 3.5mm headphone jack just yet. This isn't much of a surprise considering the S9 pair and more recent Note 9 have kept the port, but a relief for anyone that suspected Samsung might jump on the industry bandwagon of dropping it for a lone USB-C port and a Houdini dongle.
In terms of color options, there have been a number of images supposedly showing white, black and turquoise-green S10 models, as well as a canary-yellow option that might be exclusive to the S10E. There's also rumored to be a ceramic black variant that could be reserved for that special edition S10+, but we suspect colorful options might be more plentiful than what we've seen so far, given the many hues Samsung's mid-rangers have been sporting lately.
We expect Samsung to cover all this on February 20th and rumors point to the S10 family launching in earnest just a few weeks later on March 8th (though that special edition S10+ may come a few days later on March 12th).

A new smartwatch, plus Galaxy Home news?

Earlier this month, it was claimed that Samsung was crafting a new smartwatch dubbed the Galaxy Sport. An update to Samsung's Galaxy Wearable app later and we now know it'll be called the Galaxy Watch Active and appears to lack the rotating bezel that's been the hallmark of the company's smartwatches in the past. A pair of new fitness-centric bands called the Galaxy Fit and Fit e (there's that "e" again) are also imminent, meaning Samsung could literally have a few new wearables up its sleeve for Unpacked. Or these could be launches the company's saving for Mobile World Congress at the end of February.
We haven't heard much about Samsung's Galaxy Home smart speaker since it was first announced last August, and it seems strange we're still in the dark about a release date. The Bixby prison did do the rounds again at CES last month, though, suggesting the company is edging closer to a formal launch. То ли в современном мире понятие "конфиденциальность" становится весьма условной, то ли это хорошо продуманный шаг маркетологов по организации информационных утечек, но факт остаётся фактом: с завидной регулярностью так называемые "инсайдеры" и twitter-блогеры раскрывают общественности всё то, что лидеры мобильной индустрии должны хранить до момента премьеры за 7-ю замками.
Сведения о юбилейной серии смартфонов Galaxy S10 начали появляться давно, однако мы не хотели ежедневно "грузить" читателей нашего блога тиражированием слухов, в отличие от коммерческих интернет-ресурсов, подписавшихся на проведение рекламных кампаний по определённому сценарию.
Но сегодня пришла пора раскрыть предварительные сведения о том, что любителей продвинутых гаджетов может ожидать на юбилейном мероприятии Samsung Galaxy Unpacked 2019 в калифорнийском Сан-Франциско.
Сказать, что на этот раз должно стать "гвоздём программы", весьма затруднительно, поскольку вечер будет посвящён не только презентации "десятки", но также обещает поразить собравшихся революционным складным смартфоном Galaxy F и несколькими обновками из мира носимых устройств.
В частности, речь может идти о спортивных смарт-часах Galaxy Watch Active с "переосмысленным дизайном", новых беспроводных наушниках Galaxy Buds и, возможно, ещё кое-каих девайсах из мира фитнеса (например, смарт-кроссовках).
В отличие от противоречивых слухов вокруг смартфона с гибким дисплеем Galaxy F, спецификации юбилейной серии Galaxy S10 уже у всех на виду:

Как видим, на этот раз покупателем будет предложен особенно щедрый выбор между "бюджетным" решением Galaxy S10e, "основной" версией Galaxy S10 и "элитной" Galaxy S10+, включая модификацию с поддержкой протокола ульраскоростной связи 5G. Цветовая гамма также значительно расширена и здесь, наверное, запросы придирчивых пользователей будут удовлетворены по полной программе.

Итак, самая доступная версия Galaxy S10e стартует от ценовой отметки порядка 750 долларов США. За эти деньги покупателю предложат все основные "плюшки" более дорогой модели (например, топовый процессор, флэш-память и ОЗУ последнего поколения), с той лишь разницей, что аппарат станет наиболее компактным из всей линейки (Super AMOLED-дисплей 5,8 дюйма), сканер отпечатков будет расположен не под экраном, а в боковой клавише запуска, и меньшим количеством камер (одинарная для сэлфи и двойная основная). В принципе неплохая экипировка для любителей не слишком крупных аппаратов, что наверняка порадует женскую аудиторию. Кстати, специально для неё, помимо чёрной, зелёной и бело-голубой, предусмотрена весёленькая ярко-жёлтая расцветка (некоторые уже прозвали её "канарейкой"). Кроме того, в некоторых странах Galaxy S10e будет предложен в красном цвете.
Вариантов с различным объёмом памяти и ОЗУ для этой модификации не предусмотрено, поэтому выбор ограничен предложенными 128Гб флэш, 6Гб ОЗУ и, разумеется, возможностью применения сменных карт памяти microSD, что наверняка удовлетворит запросы абсолютного большинства. Ёмкость батареи - 3100 мАч.

Основная версия Samsung Galaxy S10 предложит тот же "двигатель" в виде процессоров Snapdragon или фирменного Exynos (в зависимости от региона), но вариантов с объёмом памяти станет больше: это 6 или 8Гб ОЗУ, 128 или 512Гб флэш. Возможность расширения накопителя до объёма в 1Тб также предусмотрена  благодаря наличию слота под сменные карты microSD. Дисплей более крупный - 6,1 дюйма.
В отличие от "бюджетного" S10e, его более старший брат получит тройную основную камеру, встроенный под дисплей дактилоскопический сканер нового типа (ультразвуковой) и более ёмкий аккумулятор (3400 мАч). Соответственно и цена такого девайса повыше - примерно 900 долларов.

И, наконец, самая продвинутая версия линейки - Galaxy S10+. В отличие от "середнячка" S10, она получила наиболее крупный Super AMOLED-дисплей размером 6,4 дюйма, самый крупный аккумулятор (4100 мАч), двойную сэлфи-камеру и самый широкий выбор вариантов объёма памяти - 6/128Гб, 8/512Гб и 12Гб/1Тб при сохранении возможности дополнительно расширить её сменными накопителями microSD объёмом до 512Гб. Кроме того, ожидается появление версий в керамических корпусах белого и чёрного цвета. Цена таких аппаратов стартует с отметки $1000.

Как было сказано выше, все модели получили единую процессорную базу, что опровергает прежние домыслы всевозможных "оракулов", предсказывавших наличие более слабого "железа" у младшей версии Galaxy S10e.
Единственным неприятным для большинства потенциальных покупателей моментом является весьма спорное решение "врезать" сэлфи-камеры в дислей, что во-многом "роднит" эти флагманы с "монобровью" юбилейного iPhone. Это тем более странно после знаменитого рекламного троллинга со стороны Samsung своих американских конкурентов, когда многие рыночные обозреватели были почти уверены, что никаких "чёлок" и "дырок" лидер мобильной индустрии в своих топовых устройствах не допустит.

Следующим номером программы Galaxy Unpacked 2019 должен стать революционный гаджет с гибким дисплеем Galaxy F, подробности о котором Samsung удаётся держать в тайне. До сих пор единства среди инсайдеров нет и в Сеть продолжают вбрасывать противоречивую информацию о его характеристиках. Поэтому пересказывать слухи мы не видим особого смысла, предпочитая дождаться официального анонса. Впрочем, о предварительных наметках Samsung в отношении Galaxy F мы уже неоднократно делали соответствующие публикации.

И, наконец, ещё одна большая премьера касается носимых устройств. Смарт-часы Galaxy Watch Active, о которых уже известно почти всё, могут получить компаньона в виде беспроводных смарт-наушников Galaxy Bugs. Они должны стать наследниками предыдущей серии Icon X, получив более продвинутые функции, включая усовершенствованный голосовой помощник Bixby.
Что касается самых свежих новостей, то источники рассекретили значительно обновлённый интерфейс Galaxy Watch Active, которые станут первым за долгое время гаджетом, лишённым главной отличительной особенности носимых устройств Samsung - управляющего механического безеля.

По всей видимости, с выпуском новой, относительно недорогой модели, Samsung хочет оценить реакцию покупателей на отсутствие фирменного кольца, опоясывающего дисплей.
В том случае, если нововведение будет принято положительно, можно ожидать изменений и в дизайне премиальной линейки Galaxy Watch.
