Samsung запустил образовательный проект в Калининграде

В Калининграде прошло совещание под руководством министра образования Светланы Трусеневой, на котором было принято решение о цифровизации обучения при поддержке корпорации Samsung. Об этом 22 января сообщила пресс-служба областного правительства.
По словам министра образования, в пилотном проекте будут задействованы ученики 7 и 10 физико-математических классов калининградской гимназии №22.
«Каждому из них будет предоставлен планшет с полностью загруженными учебниками и необходимыми приложениями, такими как «ЭлЖур», Госуслуги и другие. Кроме того, через устройства будут обеспечиваться занятия в рамках дистанционного обучения», – сообщила Светлана Трусенева.
Родители будут контролировать планшеты своих чад и у них будет возможность самим добавлять в устройство необходимые для обучения приложения. Сообщается, что дети смогут использовать планшеты только для учёбы: на устройствах невозможно оформлять покупки в интернет-магазинах, закачивать платные приложения и совершать любые операции с затратой финсредств.
Одной из особенностей устройства является оснащение планшета виртуальной и дополненной реальностью.

В Сети появились сведения о подготовке к выпуску защищённого планшета Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 2

Ранее уже появлялись слухи, что Samsung работает над очередным девайсом семейства Galaxy, обладающим повышенной прочностью. Последние сообщения, появившиеся в Сети, указывают на вероятность того, что новинка будет представлена совсем скоро.
Как выяснилось, речь идёт о следующей реинкарнации планшета начального уровня Galaxy Tab Active. Именно прочность, а не передовые технические характеристики, является главным преимуществом этого гаджета. И похоже, гаджет сделал ещё один шаг к выходу на прилавки магазинов электроники.
Вряд ли дебют Galaxy Tab Active 2 на рынке мобильных девайсов корпорация Samsung будет рекламировать особенно громко, но свою клиентуру новый аппарат наверняка найдёт, особенно в корпоративном секторе.
Предыдущий Samsung Galaxy Tab Active был представлен на выставке IFA 2014 в числе многих планшетов, которые были тогда показаны публике.
Недавно Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 2 был сертифицирован американской федеральной комиссией по связи FCC. Маркировки двух модификаций — SM-T390 (с поддержкой Wi-Fi) и SM-T395 (с поддержкой Wi-Fi и LTE).
Данные о прочих характеристиках пока недоступны, но почти наверняка они будут выше, чем у предшественника. 
Galaxy Tab Active 2014 года был укомплектован 1,2-гигагерцевым центральным процессором, 1,5Гб ОЗУ, 3,1-мегапикскельной основной и 1,2-мегапикскельной фронтальной камерами, аккумулятором ёмкостью 4450 мАч. Разрешение дисплея составляло 1280x800 пикселей. Разумеется, были предусмотрены разъёмы для дополнительной карты памяти microSD (до 64Гб), Micro-SIM (для LTE-версии), а также возможность подключения по всем основным беспроводным протоколам.
Новый Galaxy Tab Active 2 может стать одним из самых интересных мобильных устройств, поскольку сейчас на рынке представлены, в основном, "утончённые" смартфоны и планшеты, которые, в большинстве своём, не блещут высокой степенью защиты от механических воздействий.
О цене нового планшета сведений пока нет. Информированные источники полагают, что Samsung планирует выпустить Galaxy Tab Active 2 на рынки Европы и Латинской Америки ещё до конца текущего года.

Samsung Galaxy tab Active 2 passes through FCC

The US regulatory commission (FCC) has just certified Samsung's Galaxy Tab Active 2, which goes by model numbers SM-T390 (LTE) and SM-T395 (Wi-Fi only). For the time being, it's the Wi-Fi only version that got approved by the Federal Communications Commission, but we're confident that when Samsung will launch the tablet, both models will be available.
Even though we know nothing about its price, rumor has it Samsung plans to launch the Galaxy Tab Active 2 in Europe and Latin America by the end of the year.

Samsung готовится выпустить на рынок новый планшет Galaxy Tab A 2017. Информация о новинке уже "всплыла" в некоторых СМИ, а сам аппарат успел получить сертификат от WiFi Alliance.
Теперь гаджет одобрен и китайским регулятором TENAA, опубликовавшем довольно подробные характеристики планшета.
Samsung Galaxy Tab A 2017 получил 8-ядерный процессор с тактовой частотой до 1,4 ГГц, которым, скорее всего, будет Snapdragon 427. На "борту" аппарата имеется 2Гб ОЗУ, 16Гб флэш-памяти и небольшой 8" экран с разрешением 1280x800 пикселей. 
В планшете установлены 8Мп и 5Мп камеры на тыльной и лицевой панелях соответсвенно, операционная система Android 7.1.1, аккумулятор на 5000 мАч и слот microSD с возможностью установки карт памяти ёмкостью до 256 Гб.
Корпус планшета, в зависимости от версии, получит чёрный или белый цвет. 
Судя по характеристикам, Samsung Galaxy Tab A 2017 относится к категории бюджетных гаджетов для массового рынка.
Поскольку этот портативный девайс уже имеет сертификат TENAA, следует ожидать его скорого релиза.

Budget-friendly Samsung Galaxy Tab A (2017) spotted again, launch seems imminent

It appears that Samsung has another entry-level Android tablet in the pipeline, a sequel to the Galaxy Tab A 8.0, which is likely to make its debut very soon. The so-called Galaxy Tab A (2017) was spotted for the first time about two months ago.
Earlier this week, the slab appeared at TENAA, the Chinese regulatory body, so an announcement looks imminent. The tablet is listed with model number SM-T385C, but TENAA doesn't reveal any information about its specs.
However, a previous report suggests the Galaxy Tab A (2017) sports an 8-inch display with 1200x800 pixels resolution, as well as a decent 1.4GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 427 processor.
When it comes to memory, Samsung's budget-friendly slate packs 2GB RAM and 16GB expandable storage (+ microSD up to 256GB). An 8-megapixel primary camera is said to be positioned on the back side, while on the front, there's a secondary 5-megapixel selfie camera.
There's no mention of the battery yet, but it looks like the Galaxy Tab A (2017), or whatever its name, will ship with Android 7.0 Nougat on board.
