В Индии стартовали продажи TIZEN-часов Samsung Galaxy Watch Active2 с поддержкой мобильной связи 4G

Сегодня подразделение Samsung India объявило о старте продаж новой модификации популярных смарт-часов Galaxy Watch Active2. Ежегодная конференция разработчиков софта для электронных продуктов Samsung (Samsung Developer Conference / SDC), которая обычно проходит в Кремниевой долине (штат Калифорния, США), в этом году сместит акценты на работу с операционной системой TIZEN, которую Samsung внедряет в большинство своих продуктов.
Как отмечается на официальном сайте SDC19, в настоящее время количество устройств, работающих на TIZEN OS, превышает 100 миллионов. Таким образом, эта операционная система с каждым годом становится всё более заметным игроком на глобальном софтверном рынке. И, разумеется, для TIZEN появляется всё больше приложений, которые устанавливаются на широкий спектр устройств - от смартфонов и телевизоров до холодильников и смарт-часов.
В 2020-м году Samsung намерен завершить основную работу по переводу своей бытовой техники на единую операционную платформу, в качестве которой выбрана открытая TIZEN OS, базирующаяся на Linux. Будет достаточно устной команды, чтобы заказать и оплатить покупку. Интересно, что Bixby может различать голоса всех членов семьи, поэтому несовершеннолетний ребёнок не сможет воспользоваться удобным моментом, чтобы накупить себе сладостей и игрушек на разорительную для родителей сумму.
Кроме того, на SDC19 будут рассматриваться особенности создания приложений для смарт-телевизоров, часов, и различной бытовой техники, которая с каждой новой интерацией становятся всё "умнее" и совершеннее.
