Маркетинговый провал: Samsung разослал люксовые смартфоны Galaxy Fold феерическим идиотам. Они их поломали и разнесли "благую весть" по соцсетям и СМИ

Громко начавшаяся промо-кампания по продвижению первого в истории Samsung складного смартфона Galaxy Fold с гибким дисплеем закончилась столь же громким провалом через 2 дня.
Уж сколько раз твердили миру, что прежде чем совершить какой-то важный поступок, надо сначала "7 раз отмерить, прежде чем 1 раз отрезать". Но, похоже, это так и не усвоило руководство мобильного подразделения Samsung, которое уже не раз прокалывалось на, казалось бы, ровном месте.
Руководство Samsung Mobile как будто не понимает, что огромная конкуренция в этом сегменте, особенно после прихода в этот бизнес китайцев, готовых на всё ради уничтожения соперников, должна подстёгивать сотрудников к максимальной осторожности и осмотрительности при выборе партнёров - начиная от поставщиков комплектующих, до подбора союзников в области маркетинга.
Однако просчёты в указанных областях в последнее время происходят подозрительно регулярно.
Многим до сих пор памятна история с возгоранием аккумуляторов во флагманских смартфонах Galaxy Note7, что стало настоящим коллапсом для этой модели. Как показало расследование, большая часть дефектов проявлялась в аппаратах, оснащённых аккумуляторными батареями производства китайской компании Amperex, которая не уделяла достаточного внимания тестированию своих продуктов. Кроме того, имел место и конструктивный просчёт, предусматривавший слишком плотную упаковку компонентов внутри аппарата.
В результате выпуск весьма перспективной модели был надолго прекращён и лишь небольшая часть модернизированных трубок потом вернулась в продажу.
Ущерб из-за отзывной кампании Galaxy Note7, по разным оценкам, составил от 4-х до 6-ти миллиардов долларов США.
Конечно, потери могли быть совсем незначительными, если бы не истерика, устроенная в падких до сенсаций СМИ (особенно в тех странах, которые сами являются производителями дорогих мобильных трубок, то есть в США и Китае), преподносивших факт перегрева или возгорания нескольких десятков аппаратов (при том, что на рынок было выпущено более 6 миллионов экземпляров Note7) как катастрофу вселенского масштаба. И это на фоне аналогичных инцидентов с продукцией корпорации Apple, которые старательно замалчивались в глобальных СМИ (например круглосуточными новостными телеканалами CNN и BBC World News).
В Samsung, по идее, должны понимать, что у Южной Кореи нет таких мощных СМИ, которые в течение суток могут утопить в грязи кого угодно и защитить свой бизнес от нападок недоброжелателей. Поэтому нужно действовать предельно внимательно, чтобы не давать лишних поводов для развязывания языка критикам. Но, похоже, инцидент с Note7 не был осмыслен руководителями мобильного бизнеса Samsung до конца.
Следующий скандальный эпизод произошёл в ходе презентации нового смартфона Galaxy A8s в Китае, когда в качестве "стратегического маркетингового партнёра" был представлен "полулегальный" брэнд модной одежды Supreme. Всё дело в том, что оригинальный американский Supreme не признаёт своего итальянского двойника, который путём юридических ухищрений сумел добиться в местном суде права на существование брэнда с аналогичным логотипом. Именно тот факт, что китайское отделение Samsung Mobile заключило соглашение с итальянцами, вызвал шквал негативных комментариев в прессе. В результате Samsung разорвал отношения с самозванцами, но как говорится, "осадочек остался".
И вот теперь очередной маркетинговый скандал, произошедший как раз накануне выхода долгожданного "девайса из будущего" Galaxy Fold. Революционный коммуникатор-трансформер, на разработку которого Samsung потратил 8 лет и огромное количество средств, оказался под огнём критики избалованных и капризных "звёзд" (часть из которых являются полностью отмороженными фанатами Apple), которым Samsung имел неосторожность раздать аппараты в надежде на положительные отзывы. В результате всё вышло в точности до наоборот.
Первоначальный "вау-эффект" быстро сменился на шквал критических постов, из-за того, что привыкшие получать "на халяву" дорогущие гаджеты "звёздные блогеры и журналисты" даже не удосужились прочитать инструкцию по использованию аппарата  совершенно другого типа.
Если вам хотя бы раз доводилось наблюдать так называемые "распаковочные видео" на каналах различных "медиаперсон", то вы наверняка могли заметить, с каким презрением они демонстративно выкидывают инструкции по эксплуатации устройства. Таким образом они дают понять, что являются "всезнайками", которым освоить новый аппарат "как два пальца об асфальт". Всё это отчасти верно для традиционных трубок-брусков, которые в последние 10 лет мало чем отличались друг от друга, предлагая почти одинаковый набор функций и пользовательсих интерфейсов. Также всё более-менее ясно в отношении того, как обращаться с подобными устройствами в плане безопасности. Но это ни в коей мере не относится к новому классу устройств-трансформеров с гибкими дисплеями, где уровень компетентности пользователя должен быть принципиально иным. То есть он изначально предусматривает хотя бы прочтение вводной статьи, где говорится, чего НЕ СЛЕДУЕТ ДЕЛАТЬ с аппаратом стоимостью почти 2.000 долларов.
И вот вместо того, чтобы внимательно ознакомиться с инструкцией, "видавшие виды звёзды ютюба" начали действовать по принципу сказочных идиотов "я лично эту птичку проверял, я гвоздиком её прокорвырял".
Двое их "обиженных" обладателей Galaxy Fold ничтоже сумняшеся содрали с внутреннего дисплея дорогую защитную плёнку японского производства, потому что "приняли её за обычную сменную", а потом долго удивлялись, "почему экран барахлит?". Третий начал было сдирать покрытие, но вдруг понял, что "это Ж неспроста". Однако аппарат уже был фактически приведён в негодность.
А ведь всего-то навсего нужно было прочесть на первой странице инструкции предупреждение, что "защитное покрытие сдирать категорически запрещается".
Четвёртый феерический идиот честно признался в своём twitter-блоге, что при испытании камер Galaxy Fold закрепил его на штативе при помощи пластилина. А потом он возмущался, что под дисплей "что-то попало и там образовался неприятный бугор". "Я часто использовал замазку при испытании смартфонов, но не подозревал, что этого нельзя делать в случае с Galaxy Fold!", - негодует звезда youtube, добавляя, что "за цену  в 2000 зелёных устройство должно быть безупречно защищено".
Несколько других "королей ютюба" беспощадно сгибали-разгибали смартфон во всех направлениях, пока не добились того, что на экране появилась "какая-то подозрительная полоска", о чём они также поспешили сообщить в соцсетях.
Объяснять этим людям с уровнем детсадовского развития, что первые в мире гибкие дисплеи всё-таки не предназначены для столь вольных экспериментов, абсолютно бесполезно. И это очередной провал маркетинговой службы Samsung Mobile, которая предпочла разослать столь дорогие девайсы "обезьянам с гранатой", чем профессионалам тестовых лабораторий, которые хотя бы инструкции по эксплуатации читают.              

Marketing failure: Samsung sent out luxury Galaxy Fold smartphones to fabulous idiots

Samsung had the imprudence to present expensive devices to media stars in the hope of positive feedback. The effect was the opposite.

If you have at least once seen the so-called "unpacking videos" on the channels of stellar "media persones", then you might have noticed how they defiantly throw out the instructions for use of the device. Thus, they make it clear that they are "very competent people" for whom it is easy to understand the structure of any gadget. All this is partly true for traditional smartphones, which in the past 10 years have differed little from each other, offering almost the same set of functions and user interfaces. But this in no way belongs to a new class of transformer devices with flexible displays, where the level of user competence should be fundamentally different. That is, it initially provides for at least a reading of the introductory article, which states what should NOT be done with the device worth almost $2.000.
And instead of carefully reading the instructions, "steep stars of YouTube" (some of which are absolute Apple fans) began to act on the principle of fabulous idiots, "I personally checked this mechanical bird by breaking it with a nail."
Two of their "offended" Galaxy Fold owners without hesitation tore off an expensive Japanese-made protective film from the internal display because they "took it as a removable accessory" and then wondered for a long time, "why does the screen not work well?.
The third video blogger, too, began to rip off the protective coating of the display, but he suddenly realized that he was "mistaken." But the device was actually spoiled.
The fourth enchanting idiot honestly admitted in his twitter-blog that when testing cameras of Galaxy Fold secured the smartphone on a tripod with the help of plasticine. And then he was indignant that “something had fallen under the display and an unpleasant knoll had formed there”. “I often used putty when testing smartphones, but did not suspect that this could not be done in the case of the Galaxy Fold!”, The youtube star says indignantly, adding that “for a price of $ 2000, the device must be perfectly protected.”
Several other “YouTube kings” mercilessly bent-unbend the smartphone in all directions, until they achieved what appeared on the screen “some kind of suspicious line”, which they also rushed to report on social networks.
These infantile gentlemen absolutely do not understand that the world's first flexible displays are not at all meant for such original experiments.
And this is the failure of the Samsung Mobile marketing service, which chose to donate such expensive devices to “monkeys with a grenade” than to professional test laboratories who are at least accustomed to read the operating instructions.

Consumer Reports puts Galaxy Note 9 above new iPhones

US products evaluator Consumer Reports placed Samsung Electronics’ Galaxy Note 9 smartphone above the iPhone XS and XS Max by its archrival Apple, its latest ratings showed on Oct. 5.
According to Consumer Reports’ research, the iPhone XS and XS Max were placed in the second and third spot among the latest smartphones, with the Galaxy Note 9 taking the top spot. 
“The most noticeable improvement is in battery life. Previous iPhones have typically lagged the competition in this area, but the new models have a lot more staying power, now rating among the industry‘s leaders,” Consumer Reports said of the new iPhones.
“They didn’t outscore the No. 1-rated Samsung Galaxy Note 9, but they managed to come close,” the agency added.
Its test showed the battery of the iPhone XS lasted 24.5 hours, and that of the iPhone XS Max came to 26 hours. The Galaxy Note 9 held a comparable figure of 29 hours.

Consumer Reports: Samsung Galaxy Note9 Tops CR's Smartphone Ratings

Long battery life, durability, and great cameras help make this phablet No. 1

The Samsung Galaxy Note9 is a good example of how—sometimes—bigger does mean better.
Consumer Reports just finished its testing of the extra-large phablet. A long-lasting battery and other factors have helped the Note9 become our highest-rated smartphone.
At least for now.
The Note9 may face stiff competition in CR's labs from the new iPhone XS and iPhone XS Max, which are going on sale to the public this week. Consumer Reports only rates products we buy at retail, which means test results on the new iPhones will be available soon.
In our testing, the Note9's battery lasted a whopping 29 hours. While a few other CR-recommended models lasted a little bit longer, the Note9’s battery performance beat those of a vast majority of smartphones currently on the market.
“It’ll get everyone except the most extreme user through a day without needing to recharge,” says Richard Fisco, CR’s head of smartphone testing.
To find out exactly how long a smartphone’s battery can go, Consumer Reports uses a robotic finger programmed to put the phone through a range of tasks designed to simulate a user's average day.
The robot browses the internet, takes pictures, uses GPS navigation, and, of course, makes phone calls.
Fisco adds that once the Note9’s operating system is upgraded to the newest version of Android, which is designed to boost smartphone battery efficiency, the Note9's battery could last even longer.
While its industry-leading battery life gives the Note9 an edge, Fisco says it's just part of an all-around strong performance that also includes improved durability and a great camera, along with unique features such as a redesigned S Pen stylus.
Here’s a more detailed look at how the Note9 did in our testing. 

Note9 Strengths

Improved durability. Consumer Reports tests the durability of smartphones by submitting them to 100 drops in a tumbling machine that repeatedly subjects them to falls of about 2.5 feet. This ensures that the devices strike the bottom of the machine at myriad angles, simulating a wide range of falls.
It’s not an easy ride to survive, especially for phones like the Note9 that have a glass front and back.
But the Note9 made it through all 100 drops with the glass intact and just a few minor dings.
In contrast, when we tested the Note8 last year, the glass back broke in the first 50 drops. And when testers checked after 100 drops, the display was broken, too.
Bigger display (slightly). The Note9 has one of the biggest displays out there, at 6.4 inches when measured diagonally. Among the phones we've tested, only the iPhone XS Max, which goes on sale this week, has a larger screen—by just one-tenth of an inch.
At first glance, the Note9 looks much like its predecessor, the Note8, which has a 6.3-inch display. The Note9 has the same tall, thin aspect ratio of 18.5:9, which makes it fairly big yet easy to hold.
To make room for the larger display, Samsung whittled away at the bezel running around the edge and eliminated wasted space on the phone’s face. You really have to look closely at the two models to see the difference between the Note9 and the Note8.
Like the Note8, the Note9 has an OLED screen. The technology, also used in high-end TVs, produces blacker blacks and nearly unlimited viewing angles. So it’s not surprising that just like the Note8, the Note9 got high marks for its display.
Better camera. The Note9’s cameras rate right up there with the best of the best, Fisco says.
Like other premium phones, this model has two rear cameras, one with a wide angle and a second with a 2X zoom that can go seamlessly to 10X for shooting up close.
The bokeh feature, which allows you to take a portrait where the subject appears in sharp focus in front of a blurred background, works well, according to the testers. They also noted that the autofocus is very fast.
The cameras take great-quality still photos with very sharp images. But while daylight images are very detailed with true-to-life colors, photos shot in dim lighting end up slightly dark, though little detail is lost.
New and improved stylus. The phone's trademark S Pen stylus makes handling the big device a little easier. With a phone this size, many consumers would need two hands to reach every corner of the screen.
Our testers found the stylus convenient and well-designed. For instance, you can click the button on the S Pen to snap pictures with the front camera, making it easy to take selfies with your friends. Tap the button twice and the Note9 shifts from the front- to the rear-facing camera.
The button can also be used to advance slideshow-like through the images in your photo library. It can even help you play the role of DJ, aptly controlling the song selection from your favorite music app.
And, of course, you can use the stylus to doodle and jot down notes on your lock screen.
Because Samsung has decided to open the S Pen’s remote-control abilities to third-party development, we expect owners to be able to use the button for even more tasks sometime soon.

Note9 Shortcomings

The Samsung Galaxy Note doesn't have a lot of objective weaknesses, Fisco says, but it's not for everyone.
As mentioned before, the phone is big—really big. And it weighs in at just over 7 ounces. If you don’t like that sort of heft, you might want to look for something a little smaller. For example, the Samsung Galaxy S9, which is also rated very high by Consumer Reports, includes much of the same hardware and software but weighs a bit less at 5.75 ounces.
The Note9's price could be a hurdle for many consumers as well. With a $1,000 starting price, the Note9 is one of the most expensive smartphones on the market, matching the new iPhone XS. (The $1,000 version of the Apple device has a 5.8-inch display and only half as much storage—64GB.)
If you want an Apple smartphone with a similar-sized display, you’ll have to shell out $1,100 for a 64GB iPhone XS Max. The 256GB version costs $1,250.

В результате флагманы южнокорейского вендора возглавили список лучших мобильных устройств для потребительского рынка, став №1.
Следует отметить, что Consumer Reports является независимой организацией и составляет свои рейтинги по совокупности качеств каждого устройства, а не только по отдельным параметрам типа "лучшая камера", "лучший процессор" и т.д. В расчёт принимается буквально всё: дизайн, качество сборки, характеристики каждого ключевого компонента, надёжность, доступность гарантийного и постгарантийного обслуживания, а также эффективность службы поддержки клиентов. Все перечисленные позиции у Samsung Galaxy S9 находятся на высоком уровне, что и отметили эксперты CR.
Надёжность новых аппаратов значительно возросла, равно как и вычислительная мощность. Благодаря этому S9/S9+ получили ряд новых опций, недоступных на предыдущих моделях. Улучшено качество камер, системы идентификации пользователей, более рационально расположен сканер отпечатков пальцев. Особо отмечено также качество стереоакустики от AKG/HARMAN (с 2017 года принадлежат Samsung) и факт наличия разъёма для подключения проводных наушников. 
Разумеется были отмечены и недостатки: по сравнению с предыдущими флагманами Galaxy S8/S8+, "Девятки" работают чуть меньше на одном заряде аккумулятора (что снизило общий балл), камеры с переменной апертурой хоть и превзошли своих предшественниц, но не намного, а наличие анимированных "сэлфимоджи" названы "китчевой опцией".
Работа системы искусственного интеллекта (AI) Bixby ещё требует доработки. В большинстве случаев встроенный ассистент правильно определяет объекты, попавшие в объектив. Но, например, Bixby допустил ошибку, приняв банку Кока-Колы за банку чая со льдом. Тем не менее, такие недочёты исправляются программно и могут быть ликвидированы в последующих обновлениях.

Samsung Galaxy S9 Phones Top Consumer Reports Ratings With Durability, Speed, and Sound

Incremental improvements lift Samsung’s newest phones beyond the Galaxy S8 and S8+ in our testing

All things considered, Samsung’s new Galaxy S9 and S9+ smartphones represent only a modest leap forward for the manufacturer’s lineup, but according to our testers, the upgrade is worth a look. In fact, the two phones now sit atop CR’s smartphone ratings.
That shouldn’t come as a big surprise, given that they edge out the previously top-rated Galaxy S8 and S8+, released by Samsung in 2017. And those phones unseated Samsung’s S7 and S7 Edge, released in 2016.
The new phones offer stepped-up security features, super slow-motion video, and a camera that can turn your image into a personalized emoji. In the end, though, it was durability, speedier processing, and top-quality sound that nudged the S9 and S9+ (which start at $720 and $840, respectively) just ahead of the competition in an exceptionally crowded field. Just six points separate our top 20 smartphones.
“It really comes down to personal preference when you’re talking about high-end phones these days,” says Richard Fisco, Consumer Reports’ head of smartphone testing.
That’s not to say Samsung’s new phones are perfect. There’s a noticeable drop in battery life from the previous generation. And the phones’ cameras have taken a tiny step backward in performance, according to our testing, while still remaining impressive. But in both models, the good far outweighs the bad.
Here’s a look at how the Samsung Galaxy S9 and S9+ did in our testing.

Strengths of the Galaxy S9 and S9+

Improved Durability

The Galaxy S9 and S9+ look a lot like the S8 and S8+. They have the same tall, thin aspect ratio of 18.5:9, which makes them fairly big but easy to hold. The screen sizes (5.8 and 6.2 inches, respectively) haven’t changed materially, either, but Samsung whittled away at the already thin bezels around the edges.
Like the S8 phones, the S9s feature glass on front and back. In addition to their aesthetic appeal, the glass backs allow for wireless charging, a feature premium phone shoppers have come to expect. (Be forewarned: They’re fingerprint magnets.)
But that design decision comes at a price. No matter what grade of glass you use, it will never be as tough as metal.
To test the durability of smartphones, we submit them to 100 drops in a tumbler. This ensures that they strike the bottom of the machine at myriad angles, simulating a wide range of falls.
After just 50 drops in our tumbler, the displays on the Galaxy S8 and S8+ were badly broken and not functional. The S9 phones performed much better, though. The S9 made it through 100 drops with just minor scratches. The S9+ survived the first 50 drops without a problem but cracked at some point in the next 50.
Those improvements are good news for Samsung fans, but as with any glass phone, you should consider protecting your investment with a quality case.

Faster Processor

Both phones include Qualcomm’s top-performing Snapdragon 845 processor. According to Fisco, the resulting upgrade in performance may not be striking. But the phones’ overall speed is impressive. Apps open in a snap and mobile websites load quickly when you have a fast internet connection, and the phones don’t get bogged down by fancier features (such as gaming) that require lots of brain power.

Great Stereo Speakers

If sound quality is important to you, the Galaxy S9 and S9+ feature well-designed stereo speakers. They were tuned—together with the headphones—by acoustic company AKG-Harman, which has been owned by Samsung since March 2017.
And despite their small size, the speakers reproduce audio at a good volume and create a full sound quality, our testers say.
For those of you who like to rock it old school, Samsung has also preserved the classic 3.5-mm headphone jack on the new phones.

Convenient Security Features

The fingerprint sensor on the Samsung S8 and S8+ drove a lot of people nuts. Located beside the camera, it made it very easy for someone to accidentally smudge the lens when trying to unlock the phone.
On the S9 phones, the fingerprint sensor is located below the camera, which reduces the chances of that happening.
Additionally, the S9 and S9+ offer a new Intelligent Scan biometric option that lets you use a combination of basic 2D facial recognition and an iris scan as an option for unlocking the phone. But Intelligent Scan is not secure enough for use with payment apps.

Shortcomings of the Galaxy S9 and S9+

Oversharpened Photos

The S9+ is the first Galaxy S phone with dual cameras on the back. That’s a feature that the company has included on its Galaxy Note8 and that some other phone makers have built into their premium models. Both S9 phones have 12-megapixel sensors, which is plenty of resolution for taking photos you can share and print. One camera provides a wide-angle lens, and the other has a 2x optical zoom lens. There’s also an 8-megapixel front-facing selfie camera.
The Galaxy S9 and S9+ can both shoot photos using two different apertures, either a smaller F2.4 aperture for bright-light conditions or a more open F1.5 aperture for low-light shots. And our testers say both proved to be a little better than their predecessors at taking low-light shots, though the difference is very slight. You have to compare two images side-by-side to discern it.
Both phones can also produce a bokeh effect, in which the subject is in sharp focus while the background is blurred, for more professional-looking portraits.
But our testers penalized the phones for oversharpening photos, a technique used in many smartphone models in recent years, according to Fisco, to artificially boost resolution scores. Doing this exaggerates the contrast between dark and light objects in the photos, potentially adding an unnatural-looking halo around the subject.
As a result, the S9+ placed fourth in our smartphone camera ratings. The S9 ranked 12th, four spots below the S8.
Fisco says it’s important to remember, though, that these days the cameras on almost all premium smartphones are very good. The Overall Scores of our top 20-rated smartphone cameras are separated by about half a point on a five-point scale.

Less Juice

The battery capacity is unchanged on the new phones. The Galaxy S9 has a 3,000-mAh battery, and the S9+ battery is slightly larger at 3,500-mAh. But the S9 phones both posted drops in battery life compared with their predecessors.
To find out exactly how long a phone’s battery can go, Consumer Reports uses a robotic finger programmed to put the phone through a range of tasks designed to simulate a consumer’s average day.
The robot browses the internet, takes pictures, streams a video, uses GPS navigation, has a standby time while it does nothing, and, of course, makes phone calls. Your day-to-day battery life will vary, depending on variables such as how bright you keep the screen and how many apps are running in the background, but our results are a good way to compare phones.
In our testing, the S9’s battery lasted 22.5 hours, down from the S8’s 26 hours. The S9+ went for 24 hours, down from the 25.5 hours of the S8+. Those aren’t huge drops—both new phones offer more than enough juice to get an average person through the day—but they did lower the phones’ Overall Scores just a bit.

Should You Buy One?

The cameras on the Galaxy S9 and S9+ are fun to play with, and the beefed-up biometric security features are quick and easy to use. But other new features are more kitschy than practical.
While creating a 3D animated emoji of yourself can be amusing, it didn’t always result in a noticeable likeness. The company’s Super Slow-mo camera mode was tricky to use and limited to super-short clips. And our success rate with an informal trial of the artificial intelligence-powered calorie-count feature was quite low. It correctly identified a bunch of bananas in a photo we snapped but mistook a can of Coca-Cola for iced tea.
That’s a long way of saying you don’t need to rush out and buy one of these phones to impress your friends with a cutting-edge bag of tricks. The real benefits to owning an S9 or S9+ are less readily apparent.
Samsung’s new flagship phones are more resistant to breaking, are plenty fast, and are more pleasing to the ear. And as Galaxy fans have come to expect, they once again raise the standard for overall performance.

Роскачество протестировало самые последние мобильные новинки, в том числе Samsung Galaxy Note 8 и Apple iPhone 8 Plus. Это смартфоны, которые появились на мировом рынке в последние несколько месяцев и официально поставляются в Россию.
В исследовании, проведённом Роскачеством в октябре 2017 года совместно с международной ассамблеей ICRT, приняли участие 26 моделей 13 популярных марок: Apple, Samsung, HTC, Sony, One Plus, Asus, BQ, LG, Xiaomi, Honor, Lenovo, Alcatel, Nokia. Всего на данный момент Роскачеством и ICRT протестировано 309 смартфонов.
Специалисты проверяли функциональность и прочность образцов, оценили работу аккумуляторов, качество снимков, видео, звука. Поскольку смартфоны разных брэндов прошли одинаковые испытания в одних и тех же лабораторных условиях по 274 параметрам, они могут объективно сравниваться между собой.
В общем зачёте 1-е и 2-е место по-прежнему занимают Samsung Galaxy S8 и Samsung Galaxy S8+. Третье место в рейтинге занял новичок - Galaxy Note 8, потеснивший в топе Samsung Galaxy S7. 5 и 6 место – за новинками Apple.
